When Past Crushes meet Again!
Oh what a lovely seasonal read. It was fast paced and captured my imagination at page one and retained it to the end. Charlotte Grace has really made a great success with this, her first novella, Yes, it is a short story but that doesn’t negate from it being a fun read. The story takes place over a few weeks, when Saylor, our young beautiful heroine, catches her cheating fiancée so she dumps him immediately and decides to still go on their honeymoon trip at Aspen in the mountains. She doesn’t need a man, does she? So after a night in the wonderful surrounds she wakes up in the cabin to the smell of something that wasn’t there last night! Imagine how she feels when she discovers Hunter [stud muffin, handsome, all round good guy whom she had a crush on when she was a teenager] her brother’s best friend/business partner and Rex’s cousin [Rex is her ex] to boot. Well one thing leads to another and past crushes come to fruition in ways they never dreamed of as they are snow bound together in the cabin that Hunter owns. The rest you’re going to have to get your own copy as I have. A very enjoyable read from this new author and I will definitely be looking out for her next literary publication
