She Married His Best Friend
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. I didn’t think I would like this book as it’s about cheating in a marriage. However, I was encouraged to read the book by a friend who loves Ann Omasta’s stories, so I trusted her and tried it. I can now, honestly say that I love Ann Omasta’s writing style! The words flow off the pages and take you along for the ride right to the very end. I thought it was really interesting that it was all told from Reed’s point of view. Now normally, I wouldn’t like Reed and Cassie because of their affair but it actually was all circumstances. he was trying to shield her from Dirk[as in DIRT BAG, what a creep and what a smarmy, horrible excuse for a man he was]. I felt so sorry for Cassie being married to that creep, but she wasn’t forced to marry him! As you read the story you find out more information and the love scenes between Reed and Cassie are beautifully written with passion, finesse and plenty of heat [have your fans at the ready!] After having read this story, I most definitely WILL be reading more of Ann’s stories and I look forward to her next story!
DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED
