Jeremy was born into a wealthy family with billions and then he was a very successful baseball player and made even more. However, after being at the top for years he retired and started his own business but he needs more capital. When he returns home for his dad’s will and funeral. When the will is read, he is shocked to hear the caveat that his dad placed on him inheriting his billions – that he must marry, NOT divorce, and father a child. he goes to a local restaurant to have a drink and think through his issues. Whilst there he meets Evie. Now Evie is from a very close family and she’s done all she could over the years for their business. But now she wants a child of her own as she’s nearing 30 and with no boyfriend in sight. She was at high school the same time at Jeremy but they didn’t know each other. When they get talking about their problems, they are enjoying drinks and each other’s company and this leads to kissing and then lust takes hold and one thing leads to another. They end up having a passionate night of fantastic sex that is RED HOT and you’ll need your fans at the ready! Jeremy proposes that since she wants a baby and he needs a wife plus baby they should help each other out and they are both more than willing! However, there are those who would not want this to succeed and since Jeremy has to be sure to keep the marriage as seeming to be real, they’re going to have to be careful. Do they marry each other? It is a fun book by Violet Paige that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. Great characters as Jeremy and Evie are so good together and the air practically sizzles when they’re together. But what about Jeremy’s mother?? Can they work their agreement and possibly make it real?
