This story is about two people that I found to be easily likeable and maybe even loveable. Jax us a very wealthy billionaire who made his money by investing wisely in restaurants and strip clubs but he does have secrets and a past that sometimes can get in the way of him thinking ‘straight’. Riley is steadily building up her pole dancing business and Jax has admired her but she also has secrets and a past . But Jax is used to getting what he wants and he wants both Riley and her business. But he isn’t as careful as he should be and he also gives her something that is life changing. The passion between them is red hot steamy as you’d expect from a story by Emily Bishop with plenty of narrative to capture your imagination so that you just have to keep reading till you get to the end. Emily’s writing is so persuasive that it seems like no time has passed whilst you’re reading one of her books as every bit of info she gives you is relevant and she most certainly knows how to write love scenes that could almost make my Kindle melt! She captured my attention and maintained it right to the end as I just had to know if there was a HEA for Jax and Riley. This is a book that I enjoyed so much that I know that I will be wanting to re-read it in the future. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
