Charlotte was a bit of a trouble maker in high school and , along with every other female at the school, had a major crush on Mr King, one of her teachers. he had noticed her and all the others crushing on him but he was married with a son and it was taboo – so he just ignored all the looks he was getting. Three years after leaving, Charlotte is back to collect her younger sister, Veronica, from detention and this is where she meets Mr King, Gavin, again. but now he’s divorced, lonely and LEGAL! After flirting there is definitely a red hot attraction between them so they agree to go out. But her bratty sister is out for revenge and is determined to cause trouble for Charlotte and Gavin. I had a great time reading this fast paced story by Kelli Callahan and I am looking forward to reading many more stories by her. The way Gavin and Charlotte interacted was fun and very sexy. They both had surprises for each other that I don’t think they had even contemplated. The heat and passion between them was real and it should have had my warning sign of fan/air con set to MAX COOL. There is some light BDSM so if you don’t like that genre then maybe this isn’t the book for you but I certainly had no problem with it. Kelli writes with a great style that draws you into the storyline and holds it right to the end. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
