Recognising Love
Ellen Hutton is a new author to me and if this is a typical example of her writing then I need to read all of her stories. Yes, it isn’t a very long story but it’s well written and fun. Taylor is an over achieving neurosurgeon who has excelled at everything but her romantic life [the only time she tried her grades dropped so she left it well alone]. But she’s now ready to settle down and buys her own home. That doesn’t stop her mother from interfering in her love life – even her new neighbours try to set her up. but, NOT, with Connor -oh no! Not Connor – he’s a womaniser who plays professional NBA and his coach wants his name out of the papers for scandal. They have one amazing night but neither really knows what love is or isn’t. This is a book that is engaging and will keep you smiling and wanting to read more. I look forward to reading more of Ellen’s stories.
