The First Of A Fabulous Four Part Series!
This is the first book that I’ve read by Taylor Wells [although I normally read and enjoy very much, her stories under the name B.B. Hamel]. This is the first of a four part series, Bound To Him, that I am really looking forward to reading. Thom Northcott is the youngest of the Northcott sons and one of the most important, elite families in the city [the other being the Morton family]. Needless to say, the two families are opponents rather than friends. Northcott industries also indulges in some shady dealings that Emily opposes determinately. Thom spies her in a protest against his family but there is something about her that mesmerise him and he feels compelled to go to her. She keeps her family background secret to the point that she even uses another name. But she does know Thom by reputation and the media. She is equally attracted to him despite her revulsion of his family’s business dealings. he tries to romance her by giving her glimpses into the elite lifestyle not realising that she is not the least bit interested and is, in fact, alarmed that someone might recognise her! This is like a Romeo & Juliet affair but to find out if they get a HEA you’re going to have to get your own copy and read to find out. I think you will be entertained and not want to put the book down. I was lucky enough to be given a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.
Most Definitely Recommended – and I am really looking forward to book 2.
