Snowed In With The Soldier Bear (Shifter Nation: Werebears Of Glacier Bay) by Meg Ripley

   A Great Paranormal Tender Story

Vanessa is one strong willed and feisty young woman who has been preparing herself for years to bag herself a moose as a trophy and this winter she is sure that she is going to succeed.  Despite her dad’s concerns she waves him goodbye and with her special permit she feels that she’s ready but oh how wrong could she be.  If it weren’t for Quinton, polar bear shifter ex military man and widower, she’d be dead when something goes very wrong. At first, he’s furious when he rescues her thinking that she is hunting illegally but he’s relieved when she show him her permit. But Quinton has only moved here recently and his heart is locked behind a fortress that he has built for it after his wife and little girl died.  Can Vanessa help him thaw his heart?  But how will she feel about him being a shifter?  Will the passion between them make everything else irrelevant to them both?  These two are so good together and I really like the way she got him to talk through his emotions in a casual way but that helped.  Very emotional as well as red hot!  I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.  DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED
