This is the latest romantic adventure by the best selling author Jess Bentley and it is a sure fire page turner of a story that will keep you riveted to the book. This story revolves around Clarissa and Maxwell. I liked Maxwell a great deal as he was fun, considerate, compassionate and gorgeous. Clarissa, on the other hand, needed to take a really hard look at herself. Her boss Greg is not the nicest of people and he fires her when she gets upset as he gives what she considered to be ‘her’ promotion of his friend Maxwell instead of herself. There are twists in this book and , fortunately, there is character development so I did like Clarissa so much more by the end of the story. This is a well written story that is engaging, has some surprises and some great characters! I did enjoy the story and look forward to Jess’s next book. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Most Definitely Recommended
