When model Vera, gets a stalker, her billionaire boyfriend/fiancé, Jack, hires his old college friend, Nate, who is ex FBI to find out who its is and eliminate the issue to protect her. Now Vera is not feeling all is okay with her relationship with Jack and she feels as if he just wants to be seen with her rather than in a deep and personal relationship and she soon discovers that he’s cheating on her “left, right and centre” as they say and she is wanting to finish the engagement. But then she meets Nate and she is even more confused as she realises that her feelings for Jack are not what they should be compared to what she feels for Nate. Comparing the ‘electricity in the air’ when she and Nate are together to when she and Jack are together is completely different but how does Nate feel? Who is the stalker and what will happen between her and Jack as sher can’t stay with him now with his cheating on her the whole time? So well written by Mia Ford who illustrates perfectly with this storyline why she is one of the USA’s best selling romance authors. The characters are so likeable [not including Jack] and realistic and so easy to like and root for. This wasn’t a straight forward romance and I enjoyed the angst and drama as it spiced it up a bit.
