Every good girl deserves a bad boy. ~ Weston
Taydom and Elsie meet when she goes to view a show house that he has listed unbeknownst to her. There is an immediate and palpable chemistry between them but both seem to try to hide it. Weston Parker has composed for us a real treat in this story. The storyline is realistic and interesting with a wonderful HEA [he always delivers HEA’s so that’s no spoiler!] I loved Elsie’s best friend, Beth, who is a hoot and supportive BFF whilst Taydom’s BFF, Andrew is a real manwhore everything about the ‘party time’ they can have. Life gets complicated when Taydom learns that his family is in danger of losing their farm. But as he has a difficult relationship with his father [who doesn’t understand why he wouldn’t stay working on the farm, and offering money to help will be refused and cause arguments. So how can he go home with a valid excuse? Take a girlfriend home for the first time maybe?? Now who would possibly agree to visit with him? Hmmm! This book is believable with fabulous characters and Tay’s Mum is lovely too. I liked the banter and how their best friends tried ,in their own ways,to help guide them. Definitely sizzlingly hot and steamy scenes between Elsie and Tay enough to make you reach for the aircon and fans. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to Weston’s next literary delight for us to enjoy. I received a reader’s copy of this and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!
