  A Marriage They Both Want!

Jace was a bad boy that was ‘oh so good’ -if you know what I mean!  He and Piper had dated when they were younger but nothing came out of it.  He got into TV but his life wasn’t in the right place and he overdosed, lost his job and ended up in rehab.  He’s now clean and determined not to mess up ever again.  On his new show, his producer is none other than Piper and he’s not going to let her slip through his fingers again. Now they are working in Vegas on the travel show and thanks to a ‘friend’, Eric, they end up married to each other and Jace is doing everything he can to make sure it is there one and only and a HEA!  B.B. Hamel has delivered to us a fabulous story that illustrates beautifully why she is such a best selling author around the world.  Her storylines are just that bit different with some great twists [think the prank], gorgeous characters [think Jace – oh my], feisty, strong females [think Piper] and the way they react towards each other. Such sizzling chemistry that kept me transfixed to the book as it is a real page turner and really entertaining.  Having enjoyed this so much, I am now waiting, impatiently for B.B.’s next romantic adventure! I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion o fit here.   The Bad Boy She Needs

Lizzie was devastated when her elder half-brother, Ezra, was kicked out of their home by their abusive step-father, Royal. His best friend, Jonas, was a known bad boy and drug dealer and he fascinated her and he helped Ezra cope and find a place in the real world.  Lizzie’s boyfriend killed himself in a car accident and injured her badly too.  Her life is going no where, but she realises that she must get out too when Royal punches her in the face.  So she packs and goes to Ezra and Jonas’s apartment.  She discovers that Jonas isn’t exactly as he seems but neither is her brother.  This story is about self discovery and red hot passion between Lizzie and Jonas that you will not want to put down till you’ve completed the whole book.  B.B. Hamel has a way of pulling me into her stories so that I almost ‘feel’ as if I know the characters and feel invested in their romantic adventure.  This is why I love her books and will continue to read every new novel. So well written, believable and fun with plenty of heat.  Jonas is a dangerous man but he is oh so gorgeous too.   I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.

  Her Brother’s Sexy Best Friend Got Her Pregnant!

Riley had crushed on her older brother’s best friend, Aaron. he was confident, cocky, handsome, gorgeous and like sex on two legs. But she doubts he even thinks of her at all. She’s nerdy and quiet.  Twelve years fly by and she’s into the job of her dreams as an engineer working in solar energy when he starts working for the company in PR. He hasn’t changed much – still as confident and as cocky as ever but more handsome and she can’t stop thinking of him. But this time he does notice her much to her surprise and he wants her!  She can’t say NO to him and she ends up miraculously getting pregnant [she had been told it was impossible for her to have children].  As they work more closely together, real feelings start to grow and when he finds out that she’s carrying his child he will do anything to keep her and their baby safe.  I loved the interactions between Aaron and Riley and it is so obvious that her feelings for him are still there and are ‘waking up’ to that fact and as you read the story, you realise the depth of feelings he has for her.  Now don’t get me wrong – this is a story by B.B. Hamel  so there is OODLES of RED HOT Steam, a great and unique storyline and two people who are such fun and,yes HOT, together.  Their banter is flowing and seductive. This book was read in one go as I couldn’t put it down as it was such a good read.  This is one must have read from B.B.   A Lot Can Happen In Two Years!

Addie’s early childhood was abusive. She was injured and mentally tortured by her parents so much so that she was taken away from them and went to live with her aunt.  This is when life really started for her. Her aunt is a good woman who loves Addie and Addie loves her too.  She makes friends with the boy next door, Will, whose father is abusive to him. So they both have something in common and become best friends.  They are so close that they even go into the same college as each other. The night for graduation is a time of celebration and Will persuades Addie to ‘let her hair down’ a little.One thing leads to another and they both act on the attraction that they have for each other and they make love.  The next day Will goes off to Russia to be a professional ice hockey player for two years. He tries to keep in contact with Addie but she never replies to him.  He returns after an a serious injury little knowing why his best friend won’t even say hi to him.  But what happens when he decides he is going to find out what’s up with Addie??  She has a secret now that she must keep from him! She is still mad at him for leaving her. But is it fair to blame him completely as she never told him her news nor replied to his messages??  Will Addie give Will a second chance with her? Will he stay when he finds out what she’s been keeping from him all these years??  BB Hamel is an amazing author who knows how to compose a strong storyline with fabulous characters such as Will, Addie and her aunt who you grow to really love.  BB Hamel writes in a relaxed style that makes it so easy to get caught up in the story so much so that I normally read her books in one go as I did with this book.  This story starts out with a rather sad beginning but it shows us that there is hope and with people who love you, you can overcome so much. This is a story that will grip your heart and also make it melt!  I am now looking forward to her next romantic adventure.   Miraculous Encounter

Emma is a bright and feisty young woman who knows what she wants and cares passionately about those she loves and cares for – as well being passionate about engineering and ethics in technology!  But she does have a secret – due to circumstances beyond her control, she has been informed by doctors that she cannot have children which she is devastated about.  She is what many would call a ‘geek’ but she is more than happy about that but her speciality is ethics in technology!  She goes to a conference where she meets the famous geek, wealthy, handsome, actually gorgeous, David Carlson CEO of the first firm to make driverless cars] and unbelievably they really hit it off both intellectually and with physical attraction too.  They spend a red hot passionate night together but Emma ‘knows’ that  he is way out of his league and leaves.  She never expects to hear from him [she forgets that she never gave him her number] and has to get on with her life – including the miraculous ‘surprise’ that happens.  Years later she applies for a job at his firm since she is now qualified and hopes that he won’t have anything to do with the selection process [though she suspects he wouldn’t even remember her]. But she does get the dream job and settles in quickly though she avoids David as she has one secret that he must never find out about!  I am a fan of BB. Hamels stories as I love her relaxed writing style, her wonderful and unique storylines. It was so easy to feel as if I almost ‘knew’ Emma and David as her descriptions are full of flavour so that 2D objects [written words] can become 3D objects that are animated and ‘alive’. Their banter is witty and believable and when he does seek her out he makes her a proposition that will change their lives.  But what will he do if he discovers her secret??  Will they be able to have a second chance at a relationship?? Is the chemistry still there between them that was smoking hot??  I loved this story from page one to the very last.  There are some wonderful secondary characters such as Sven and Olivia that make this story come alive too!. This is a story that I will be re-reading in the future as it is so good.  I look forward in anticipation to her next romantic adventure! get a copy of this and enjoy!!!  I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.

   Red, Hot Daddy!

Leah promised her cousin harper, who was a drug addict and part of the Mafia family, that she would look after her little son, Ryan, when she died.  Leah had no trouble making such a promise as Ryan was adorable and she was going to make sure that he had a great start in life away from crime and drugs.  So she adopts him and things are going well when his father, Connor, appears to claim him and her! Connor has been devastated when Harper took Ryan from him in the middle of the night two years ago and he has been searching for them for them ever since. his first lead is when he sees the notice of her death in the paper. He gets straight on a plane to Ryan to bring him back home but he hadn’t figured Leah in the equation!  Now Connor is absolutely gorgeous and Leah is stunning as far as Connor is concerned so he is more than happy to have her come with Ryan as the chemistry between them is off the charts and their passion for each other is like none they’d encountered before plus the witty repartee/banter and flirting make them a wonderfully hot couple that I so wanted to have their own HEA.  To find out if they get one you need to get a copy of the book and find out if Harper’s Mafia family come after them as the Boss wants Ryan!  B.B. Hamel is a fantastic author who creates such terrific storylines and amazing characters.  Connor is such a wonderful dad and I felt so sorry for him missing out on two years of his son’s short life – absolutely heartbreaking.  But the way he consistently shows his steadfast love and devotion to that child is heartwarming and his passion for Leah is  when you need to switch the fans on to MAX cool! Whew she really knows how to raise the temperatures in the passionate and lust filled scenes that she composes for us to enjoy. I received a free reader’s copy of the book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion. However, as I loved the book so much and wanted to support the author, I have purchased my own copy and fully intend to read the bonus stories over the weekend.  Looking forward, as always, to her next story!

   Sky Watching In The Moonlight

Alexa hasn’t had the easiest of lives with her parents dying in an accident and now she is drowning in college debts. However, she’s back in Providence and has a job in the Mayor’s office and doing okay. It’s his birthday and everyone is invited to the party . She sits at the bar to get a drink and the most handsome man she’s ever seen starts talking to her. His name is Elias and he is funny, interesting, charming, sexy and just gorgeous and she can’t believe her luck.  He persuades to go with him  and she duly follows and he takes her to see an amazing view of their town and it’s surroundings, it’s romantic, he’s gorgeous and one thing leads to another and…Months later she realises that she needs to find him as a miracle has occurred and she is pregnant [she had been told it was impossible for her to get pregnant]!!  Elias was easy to find even though she could have just phoned him she went to see him in person and he was really pleased to see her again and had been thinking of her and when she tells him of their miracle he is really pleased but wary as Alexa says that she can’t afford to have a child and will give it up for adoption and he doesn’t have to be involved. But Elias is a real man, has real feelings for her and his baby and is going to do all he can to make Alexa and their baby His!!!  problems only occur when a corrupt mayor and the mafia get involved.  B.B. Hamel has created such a great and unique storyline here. I loved Elias as he’s had a tough life too but is so caring and tries to do his best and makes good on his responsibilities.  His friend Marko was a great friend to have but I don’t think I would have wanted to be his wife! Alexa has been alone for so long that when someone, i.e. Elias, shows that he does care for her way more than as a mere friend, it is lovely to see her blossom to know that she’s not on her own.  Vito and Jimmy are scary and Jimmy really should have been kept muzzled! A great solution and ending to the story. My favourite of B/B.’s books so far.

Five Mountain Daddies: A Reverse Harem Romance by B. B. Hamel

   Will She Stay With Them?

London is home from college and is trying to save some money over the summer holidays so she goes home to her mum and dad. Whilst she’s there they have a party and it is there that she meets James. He’s an older mountain man , probably twice her age of 22 years old,and he is extremely attracted to her instantly and the feeling is mutual but she’s got an art internship to go to in NY after the summer.  But then James tells his four best friends and partners about her and the four of them want to meet her also. So James with Cole, Henry, Ryan and Wade all meet her and they make it very plain that they want to have fun and with her. All FIVE of them!!  But how can London choose between these five handsome hunks??  Or does she have to choose?? Will she leave her five men and go to MY or will they be able to persuade her to remain with them forever?? To find out you’re going to have to get your own copy! This is the latest story by B.B. Hamel and if this is the first of her books that you’ve read then be prepared for great characters that are full of life and very passionate and sensual and be warned that things are about to get HOT!.  She weaves her story around these six individuals who are so much more when they are together in this steamy and fun storyline.  I was so engrossed in the story that I read this into the wee small hours of the morning so now need to catch up on some sleep – but it was well worth the loss of sleep.  This is a great read and one that I will be re-reading in the future. I have the bonus story to read this weekend! I really encourage you to get this book as it is one of her best and very entertaining. I received an advanced reader’s copy of this book and leave my honest opinion of it here.

The Baby Plan: A Second Chance Romance by Tia Siren

  I’m Having My Brother’s Best Friend’s Baby 

When I see that Tia Siren has got a brand new book coming out, I just know that I have to get a copy!  I ‘discovered’ her stories at the beginning of 2017 and have caught up with reading all her stories that have been published as ebooks in the UK since and I have honestly loved each and every one of them.  her style of writing which has the words flowing so smoothly across the page. She creates such interesting storylines and fantastic characters that I usually come to love. It is her attention to detail with her character development that makes them seem to ‘come to life’ and seem so real.  In this book our two main protagonists are Lara and Mason. they were childhood sweethearts till her brother, mason’s so called best friend, warned him off his sister and told him to leave her alone.  So Mason did that without telling her why and she was heartbroken.  Years later she is now divorced and desperately wanting a baby having just had a miscarriage. So with no man in her life she decides to have a baby on her own and goes to an IVF Clinic for treatment. Imagine her surprise when the doctor to treat her is Mason! neither has really got over each other and when learning that she wants a baby he sees this as a second chance for them and to have the family they should have had years ago.  So beautifully written with the chemistry sizzling and sparkling whenever mason and Lara are in the same room together.  I loved Mason as he never got over Lara and his determination to overcome her insecurities and lack of trust in him make him a worthy ‘hero’ for her.  Will Lara forgive him? Will she forgive her brother? What will Mason have to do to win the heart of his childhood sweetheart? I can’t wait for Tia’s next story!

Big Stranger’s Baby: A Bad Boy Secret Baby Romance by B. B. Hamel

  The Management’s Secret Baby!

B.B. Hamel is a very talented author who creates such wonderful storylines with a flowing writing style and the use of language that makes the story and all the characters ‘come to life’ before your very eyes which is a rare skill and that is why her stories are so great.  In this book we meet Amelia who was sent away to boarding school by her parents and never returned home.  her father, CEO of his own coal mining company, dies in a tragic accident and so she is now the CEO.  When she arrives she goes to the local bar for a drink and to try and relax and she gets chatting to the most gorgeous man that she’s ever met.  he’s huge in more ways than one and when he offers to prove it to her, she accepts the challenge with alacrity.  It was only supposed to be a one night stand but the passion between them is so great that you just know that their is going to be so much more between them.  The next day at work she meets Samuel again and discovers that he is the union rep of the miners in her company.  Management and workers stay apart and never the twain shall meet – supposedly!  However, that was before these two people met.  The attraction between them only grows into so much more and they steal kisses whenever they can and the private scenes of love making between them are HOT and sensual that you will need to switch on your fans to MAX.  There are forces at work that are trying to cause trouble as the miners’ contracts are up for renewal and Samuel and Amelia must do their very best to keep the company on track. But there is a twist in the story!  Amelia discovers that she’s pregnant with Samuel’s baby.  Can Samuel keep her and their baby safe with all that is going on? To find out you must get a copy of the book and settle yourself down to enjoying the story and finding out if they get their HEA and the company is safe.
