Fatal Attraction by Mia Ford, Bella Winters

You NEED To Read This Story!

This is a story of intrigue, suspense, surprising encounters, a drugs ring, death, a surprise baby, gun fights, a growing love despite the odds and heartbreak, a friendship bond that is all about deceit and betrayal. having said that, it is written by Bella Winters and Mia Ford so you just know it’s going to be a rip roaring romance with plenty of angst but such a fabulous story that it will keep you on the edge of your seat as you work your way through a story that doesn’t just give some twists and turns as rather mind blowing and life changing.  I so loved reading about Will and Cici as they were just so great together. He had most certainly been a player before he met her but he even knew that she made him better.  Theirs is not an easy ‘courtship’ but it does provide a perfect ending for them.  I must add that I loved the Best Man’s Speech that Will gave at his friend’s wedding and I thought his first date was just perfect for the two of them.  The epilogue just gives the whole story that magical ending that I love in a story. The drama was so believable that I literally couldn’t put the book down as I needed to know the ending and who was Kingpin! I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.

The One I Love by Mia Ford, Bella Winters

  Making Sweet Music Together

Well Mia Ford/ Bella Winters has delivered such a heart warming, sexy yet suspenseful story for us here to enjoy. And I most certainly enjoyed this story of Charlie and Addy [aka Ada]. They dated for a short time in high school but she was too good for him and he didn’t feel ‘good enough’ for her and didn’t want to spoil her by being with him.  So he left her bitter and heartbroken. He didn’t grow up wealthy but then his father made a great move and landed his business that made them filthy rich. He became very arrogant and Addy tried to pretend that she wasn’t with him – certainly her phone message she spoke on his answer machine left him in no doubt how she felt about him.  He’s been distancing himself from his father and is now trying to get in the music business. meanwhile, Addy is now a music teacher in their old high school, and is rather shy [except for singing in front of her classes] and has broken up from her ex boyfriend, Jimmy, who is an abusive and dangerous creep. Addy’s best friend is girlfriend to Charlie’s agent, Thomas, and Lila has persuaded Addy to sing for the concert held in school to raise money for a charity.  Addy is sick with nerves but sings beautifully and this confirms to Thomas and Charlie that she is the one he needs to help him make it in the music business. but he doesn’t recognise her at all!!  He’s never forgotten her and the sexual frisson between them is off the charts.  Do they get a second chance at a HEA or will they just work together??  It is so easy to love Addy, who whilst shy, is no pushover and she gains confidence throughout the story to even put the English department bullies in their place.  Charlie is not my favourite character at the beginning but as the story progresses you will understand how my feelings for him altered so markedly and, I suspect, yours will too.  But his father is causing trouble for the town and the local police even seem to be involved and what about Jimmy?? How is he going to feel with Addy being seen with Charlie??  This is so well written and we are taken through so many emotions in this truly unique storyline, and I was entertained from first to last page and didn’t want to put it down.  The epilogue just brought everything together so well and I closed my Kindle at the end of the book with a smile on my face. This is one story that I will want to re-read in the future as it is so good.  I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. However, I enjoyed it so much and want to support the author[s] that I purchased my own copy and will be reading the bonus stories tonight!.  I encourage you to get your own copy like I did and enjoy!

Broken – A Mountain Man’s Romance by Mia Ford, Bella Winters

   They Fix Each Other

Mia Ford and Bella Winters have created a wonderful romance for us here to enjoy and I did enjoy it very much.  Jonathan has given up on humanity, or so he thinks, after being brutally treated by an ex and his so called family turn their backs on him. He moved to the mountains to just be himself and not have to put up with so much deceit and lack of loyalty.  Carrie is a college student and she has planned to go hiking in the mountains. She thinks that she’s thought of everything but she hadn’t and whilst up there she needs help. Jonathan comes across her and he decides, despite his initial thoughts, to help her.  As they spend time alone and they get to know each other, we are given access to these two wonderful people learning to trust one another and developing very deep emotional bonds that turn to lust and love.  Can Carrie help Jonathan learn to trust her and become a part of society again? Will he believe that his and her feelings are real or just lust because of proximity?? The passionate scenes between them are RED HOT and you’ll need your fans set to MAX COOL, but they are so beautifully written that it doesn’t seem intrusive.  I was hooked at page one and entertained right to the end plus the bonus story, Claiming Charlotte, which has not been published before and is a great read too!  I was rooting for them both and I loved the ending.  I urge you to get get your own copy of this amazing story.

Lust to Love: A Second Chance Romance by Mia Ford, Bella Winters

   Should She Trust Him?

Oh this is so sweet, romantic, passionate and oh such a wonderful story by Mia Ford and Bella Winters that is a must have read.  Prudence suffers abuse in childhood form her father so ends up in care. There she meets Logan who is so very much her real life hero and the man she grows to love in the romantic sense however much she realises that they cannot be together. But when it’s time for her to leave they both struggle against their feelings.   I loved both these two characters as we were allowed to see them become friends, trusting one another to real seep feelings. Logan was so good and caring and he was a real example of how a real man fights his feelings because they were not appropriate under the circumstances and then their passions cannot be ignored and they fall into an intimate relationship with love. But he gets scared and breaks up with her to put distance between them and he goes and uses a ‘f*ck buddy’!!!!!  Well that put me off him completely. It was so out of character for him with all that had be written about him before. If he was so in love with her why did he go straight to a ‘f*ck buddy’ – just didn’t make sense to me as I would have thought his feelings would have prevented him from being with anyone else.  To carry on with the rest of the book I had to try and just blank that part out of the book – by trying to do that the rest of the book is perfect as, to me, him being with someone else when supposedly in love with Prudence was cheating.  Prudence is a well developed character and has suffered so much bad treatment of those who supposedly love her abusing or not loving her as she deserves.  Despite Logan’s behavior [me ignoring that aspect of the book], I did love this story which is very unique and gives us so much insight to this caring young woman. Beautifully written by Mia Ford and Bella Winters and I strongly urge you to get your own copy as there is a special, unpublished story inside as a bonus. I received a reader’s copy and voluntarily leave my honest review of it here.

The Most Eligible Bachelor by Bella Winters/Mia Ford

  Secrets Always Come Out!

This is the latest romantic story written by Bella Winters/Mia Ford who consistently pens fantastic stories with unique storylines and interesting characters that I come to love.  In this book we share Ashlyn and Chance’s love story.  They are both ‘small town’ people but he left, founded a software company that became extremely successful and he is now a multi billionaire but over worked and  so badly stressed that his doctor fears for his life and basically tells him to go and relax! Ashlyn never left her small town but married and sadly it was a bad marriage with her husband physically abusive and she got a divorce as soon as she could and now she tends to flowers and tries to heal her heart.  Chance comes back to his small town and uses a fake name and hopes that no one will recognise him. They meets when he comes upon her seeing to flowers in the motel in which he is staying. These two people have both got struggles that they need to overcome and I believe they find that when they meet.  So very good for one another and the chemistry between them is off the scales. Yes there is passion by the bucketful but there is also so very much more as  feelings develop very quickly and they find themselves falling in love – the love scenes are sensitively written and may make you reach to switch your fan to max cool as they are so HOT!  This is a sweet romance that is a quick read but there is also humour which makes it so much more believable as well as them both being such realistic characters who compliment each other so well so that their emotional healing starts to begin.  But Ashlyn knows that Chance has secrets and he really should tell her as their love deepens. I love the way Bella/Mia sets the pace in this quite unique plot. Chance and Ashlyn’s witty banter all help to make their characters seem to ‘come alive’ and certainly had me smiling  This is one story that I will be remembering for a very long time and will be re-reading it as it was so much fun to read.  There are a few sensitive issues that are woven into the story but are so well handled which I’m very pleased to say.  The twists when secrets are revealed are fantastic and the tension is palpable.  I encourage you, without any reservations to get yourself a copy of this story and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I received a readers free copy and leave my honest review of it here. However, as I loved their story so much, I bought my own copy to support the author and because it has four bonus books – one of which has never been published before and it is worth buying to get that too!

The Valentines Day Proposal by Bella Winters

Does He Deserve A Second Chance?

Lola is a 22 year old young woman who hasn’t had an easy life. First her mum died and now her dad has MS and so she is struggling to keep their farm in business. To keep herself sane she sings at the local bar in the small town where she lives. one night young and very wealthy 24 year old Brandon who is working for his dad’s construction company on a development in town and he is intrigued by her when he hears her sing. The chemistry is off the charts and the flirting is really advanced flirting that they’ve both majored in.  One thing leads to another and they spend a passionate night together that doesn’t feel like a one night stand even though they both know he will be going back to the city when the development is completed. But they get closer until he starts a fight and she finds out that he has gone! Bella Winters just writes more powerfully with fascinating characters. For example, I thought that Brandon was rather immature in the first part but later on when they meet again it is gratifying to see how he has matured. I liked the way she alternated writing from different perspectives and in the later chapters I loved how Brandon and Lola were together and seemed to be on track.  There is angst in this story but it’s also about maturity, realising when you’ve made  a major error and trying to convince that special person that you deserve another chance at love.  Beautifully written by Bella and I look forward with anticipation for her next red hot love story!

My Best Friend’s Dad: A Billionaire & Virgin Romance by Bella Winters

  Unexpected Love

When Vivian was 10 years old, both her parents died in a tragic accident.  Fortunately for her, her best friend Bella’s dad, Boyce, took her in so she could grow up with her best friend.  Boyce, has not had the easiest of lives as he was devastated when his wife died and it took years for him to get over it.  He is a hard-working man who adores his daughter and loves Vivian in a paternal way and cares for them both the very best that he can.  I did feel uncomfortable when I read about him having sex with some woman but thinking only of Vivian whilst doing so? Now many young teenagers are so beautiful both inside and out that there is always the risk of men/boys loving them. But Boyce does not act on his feelings for her – otherwise I would not have been able to read the rest of the book.  Bella Winters/Mia Ford is such a fabulous author that she creates a plot that makes you really think, and I certainly did about this one, and characters with emotions and personalities that you can gate, love or like.  I did eventually love the way that Boyce felt for Vivian as his was a genuine adult love for her, as an adult, and not those for a little girl!  Vivian is a mature young woman who grew up fast when her mum and dad died and she has had a crush on Boyce for years so I wasn’t too surprised with what happened between them.  Mia has a real talent at making the ‘people’ come alive as you read the book and whilst I would have a bit longer period for them to have together as a couple within this book I could understand their genuine feelings for one another and the intimate moments between them were amazing and sensuous and full of love, passion and caring and , of course, HEAT!  Despite that moment  at the beginning, I did love this story as Mia pens her stories with a relaxed flowing style that takes you alone for the ride of the story and leaves the reader to enjoy.  There is a warning in the blurb about the nature of the book and I believe that is sufficient to warn people who would find it offensive to avoid. I did read it and, all things taken into account, I read it with an open mind.  It is a really good, well written, fast paced story that, apart from the blip where I paused, I really did enjoy it and as Vivian was over 18 when they did succumb to their passions for one another, I have no problem with their age differences.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

Unprepared Daddy: A Second Chance Romance by Bella Winters

Does he Deserve A Second Chance?

Serena is a new girl to the city and she really doesn’t like her job behind a bar serving shots wearing a skimpy outfit and being touched up by lewd old men. One night she meets Ben who is a self made billionaire who doesn’t do relationships but is bewitched by Serena and when he finds out that she’s about to be made homeless he offers to let her live with him. The chemistry between them is explosive and they enjoy being with each other very much. But business is not going well for Ben and he comes home really fraught with worry. Serena has news for him too – they are going to be parents! Ben was in a bad enough state before hearing that and he doesn’t take the news well as he is already worried and he stupidly behaves like a real creep and kicks her out of his life and home!! pregnant, penniless and homeless she has no where else to go but her parents who have strict morals and will not associate themselves with her unwed pregnant state and pay her to go away and leave them alone. It is absolutely disgusting the way that poor Serena has been treated by the three people who should love and want to protect her. But she is a strong young women and knows that she and the babies will be okay. Meanwhile, Ben has come out of a shock and feels terrible for what he did to Serena especially as he does love her and is missing her so much as she is a part of him. But whilst trying to get her back she rejects him and he knows that he’s going to really show her how much he does love and need her and the babies. He’s got his work cut out for him. Bella Winters has written a brilliant story here and I got so involved in the story that if I’d met Ben just after he kicked Serena out I would have smacked him!Q Oh boy was I furious on her behalf as I’m sure everyone who read the book was. I didn’t like him then even though I knew that he did love her and was just scared and selfishly just thinking of himself. But to find out how he makes amends and got back into mine and Serena’s good books you’re going to need to need to get a copy of this page turner for yourself and immerse yourself in the story as I did. I truly enjoyed this story and the twists that Bella included to make this storyline so compelling. Ben and Serena are so magical together and we all do really stupid things in our lives that we regret immediately. That was Ben’s! if there was an epilogue of them in 5, 10, 20 years etc in the future I bet he never did anything like that or anything near it again. I loved this story and thoroughly recommend it to anyone. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Passion by Bella Winters

    Passion Like Never Before!

bella Winters has given us a real treat with this love story that is so good that it is one that I will want to read again. Alex is a DEA Agent and he’s been shot in the line of duty. This makes him sit up and evaluate his life. He is a widower since his wife died of cancer some years ago leaving him with Kelly, their only child, to bring up. Kelly is now 12 years old and he knows that his ;life cannot carry on as before because he has to think of her. So the two of them head back to Connecticut where he grew up to stay with his dad. Whilst out and about he meets Jenni whom he used to babysit as a youngster. She used to be a gawky little girl but she’s all grown up in the most delightful way. In fact, she iis stunning with curves in all the right places and a rare natural beauty. When they meet it is surprising that no one sees the passion leaping between them as it’s like nothing she has ever felt before and one that he never thought he’s feel again since his wife died. As they spend more time in each other’s company the passion builds until they ‘give in’ to it and then – well get your fans at the ready for STEAM HEAT! There are times that I laughed out loud and others when I needed a hankie but it is all well wrapped up in a fantastic storyline with some surprises. You’ll see how much like her Dad is Kelly and what Alex will do to protect his dad and the two women in his life. Can he protect them all and get the bad guys locked up in time? With witty dialogue, terrific characters like Alex’s Dad and Jenni’s dad who thinks she has poor taste in men at the age of 30 years old. To find out you need to get this book whilst it has superb bonus materials in it and enjoy!! I certainly enjoyed reading this book very much and am looking forward to Bella’s next romantic adventure!

Claimed by Mia Ford, Bella Winters (Contributor)

Mia Ford and Bella Winters have penned a fantastic read here with one very immature and undeserving Prince who is a womanising playboy and a beautiful young British woman who has grown up in the North of England in deprived circumstances and wanting to make something of her life. It is full of emotions and when the two meet, more of that later, the chemistry between them is explosive and off the charts but he is too self absorbed to notice! Adriana is trying to save her grandmother’s home but is struggling under the weight of her alcoholic mother’s debts. She goes backpacking across Europe and runs out of money in Prague, so she sets out to make enough money quickly so that she can carry on with her adventure. meanwhile, Prince Milo has just lost his father, the King, and he is told that he needs to shape up and find a suitable wife otherwise their kingdom will lose it’s monarchy and be ruled by politicians! Milo’s answer to him having to bear the weight of important issues is to go get drunk in strip clubs with his friends – this “man” needs to grow up FAST! He is stunned and entranced when he sees the beautiful Adriana performing in a strip club but she tells him that all she does is perform on stage. He tries to sober up enough to persuade her to be his fake fiancée and then fake Queen. Adriana is torn but she needs the money and this would solve the problems of her mother’s huge debts in one go. she reluctantly agrees and they have the wildest, sexiest romp in bed that either have ever had before and their attraction to one another, which they refuse to acknowledge, certainly helps. But Milo doesn’t want to change his lifestyle of a womanising playboy as well as have “his cake and eat it”! How are these two young people going to live with their choices and will Milo finally “step up” and act like the MAN is can be if he makes the right choices. This story caught my attention at the beginning and I couldn’t put it down. Milo, as you may have guessed, drove me mad as he needed a good shake and a wake up that he needed to start to take responsibility and grow up. Adriana is so totally different from him but Fate seems to have decided that these two belong together but will they follow their fate or “muck it up”? To find out, you need to buy the book and enjoy as I really did enjoy this story even though Milo aggravated me at times – he just needed the right circumstances to be really himself. Wonderful writing that flowed nicely and with characters that leaped off the pages and came alive. This is without doubt a real page turner that I will be re-reading [a sure sign of a great story to me] for years to come.
Purchased – has great bonus!!
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!
