Returning Home To Find Love

Lucy is a kind, hard working young woman who is an office manager for the local doctors and she’s been roped into helping organise his daughter’s wedding.Ryan is a very successful movie star who needs to try and get himself a much better image than he has at the moment. So he goes back to the small town where he grew up. He’s minding his own business when he sees a ‘b**tch from his high school berating a young woman whose eyes mesmerise him so he goes up and kisses her. That is how he meets Lucy. This latest story by Tara Wylde made me laugh at her one liner quips and I liked the storyline as it was so well executed. Ryan and Lucy are such a sweet couple and it was wonderful to ‘see’ them falling in love with each other. These two characters really drew me into their story and yes the storyline wasn’t unique but that doesn’t matter as it was so well written and they had their own quirks and twists in the story to make it unique. It is a really good, fun read with plenty of heat between the two of them as he is so HOT and she is stunning and he recognises how lucky he is that she loves him too! This is so well written that I will be buying my own copy as the extra bonus materials are a selection of Tara’s other books that are fabulous too and will keep me entertained for hours. The included stories are : Doctor Naughty, The Baby Race and The Storm. I’m looking forward to reading them now and will wait as patiently as I can for Tara’s next romantic adventure.I received a free reader’s copy of the book and leave a review of my honest opinion here.

Which Twin Will ‘Win’ ?

Jermey is running his late father’s company. He never wanted to. In fact, hi twin brother Evan used to run it but his behaviour became somewhat alarming, doing things that he shouldn’t have done and he ended up in jail for 6 years. In their father’s will there is a caveat that the first twin to have a legitimate heir and married would inherit the company and everything. Jermey doesn’t want to give up all his hard work to his evil brother Evan. His assistant knows of just the right young woman for him: her niece Caitlin Appelet. He explains the situation to Caitlin and she is agreeable to marrying him and having a child together as soon as possible. What Jeremy doesn’t know is that Caitlin is very attracted to him and what she doesn’t know is that he is extremely attracted to her too!! meanwhile evil Evan has managed to blackmail a woman into marrying him and bearing a child. But who will give birth first?? Tara Wylde and Holly Hart are a fantastic pairing of authors. Both terrific authors in their own rite and together- they are unbeatable! With great characters [I loved Jeremy and Cailin] and a great ‘baddy’ in Evan! Passions are soaring between Jeremy and Caitlin and they are just so perfect for each other 🙂 The storyline is unique to anything that I have read before which I really appreciated as there are only so many combinations to make a romance but these two manage to do it every time with aplomb. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book. A brilliant story that I thoroughly enjoyed so much that I’ve bought my own copy and am going to settle myself down tonight to now read the bonus stories!!!!!

A Love Emerges Unexpectedly

Holly hart and Tara Wylde are a fantastic powerful combination of authors – on their own they are powerful but together they are unstoppable. With this latest book, Dr Naughty, we meet James who is a multi billionaire medical doctor who is working on a cure for cancer and thinks he is almost there. But James has a problem as he has no relationship and has just woken up from a weekend and he can’t remember what he did at all. Total blank and it’s scared him. He calls for an Uber and meets Diane. Diane is scared that he’s going to be sick all over her car. She is a young woman that has not had an easy life and is only doing this as she is just so close to completing her physics degree but money is scarce. The company that he started is run by investors who want to unseat him off the Board and this latest escapade of his is giving them all the ammunition they want as there is a morality clause which will cost him his company. He is given one last chance and told he needs to settle down, find a wife that’s appropriate and all will be well. He immediately thinks of Diane and gets in touch with her and, at first, she thinks that he is joking but he persuades her by telling her all his problems. So if she will agree to marry him and live with him then he will give her $1 million at the end of the year, so she agrees as this will help her too finish her degree and monetary issues. they marry and settle into a routine and start to really learn things about each other and emotions develop. But there are sinister forces at play and all is not as it seems. Will James lose his company and the possible sure and what will happen to him and Diane? She has a secret but what will he do if and or when he finds out? The characters of James and Diane are wonderful. The way that we see the transformations in James as the story develops and how Diane’s influence has such a profound influence on him. As I read the book I could see how their feelings for one another were emerging and there were some fantastic hot and steamy scenes between the two of them and also the caring and protective ways that James showed that he cared for her. I also enjoyed the humour between the two of them. The suspense with what was happening behind the scenes was really tense and all together Holly and Tara made a terrific story with love emerging, suspense, maturity and a plot that really was a show case for their talented writing skills. I love this story and bought a copy of it under the name Miss Behave which I will re-read as it is so good. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

The Baby Clause: A Christmas Romance by Tara Wylde (Author),‎ Holly Hart

A Sweet Romance

Oh it was so easy to decide that this is a five star read as it is sweet with believable characters , Paul and Lara. What is extra nice, for a change, is that Paul is a really good guy not all inked up and with a womanising past and maybe a criminal record. He desperately wants a wife and family but he just hasn’t met the ‘right’ woman yet. Whilst on business in Chicago he goes to a pub and meets the lovely Lara who owns the pub. The attraction between them is undeniable and they have a spectacular night of passion together. They decide to remain friends and keep in touch. They part and are getting on with their separate lives but still thinking of the other when Lara makes a discovery that will change both their lives. No spoilers from me. I did so enjoy reading this sweet romance with instant lust/attraction. The storyline was certainly believable and with such great characters as Paul and Lara who are the type of people that most of us would like as friends. Just good, honest people who are madly in love with one another. The passion is tastefully done and realistic and not gratuitous. This is one story that I will re-read as it gave me that ‘feel good’ factor whilst reading. The story flowed smoothly and was a real page turner. Tara Wylde and Holly Hart make a great team of authors.and I look forward to reading more books by them.

We meet Nick first and discover him on a beach all alone apart from, his two German Shephard dogs and he’s tying up his boat as he can see a storm brewing in the sky. He then notices a yacht that seems to be sinking. he sees the bedraggled female whom he calls Storm and she is reticent about saying who she is but he notices that the yacht has bullet holes in it so he knows that she’s on the run.Having been a Russian Mafia Enforcer himself he knows how to protect and handle himself. The attraction between Nick and Storm is instantaneous although he is so much older than her. He left the mafia to have a real life and he knows to keep his own secrets but when she confesses whom she is running from he knows that he will not only protect her but keep her for himself. Tara Wylde and Holly Hart weave their story and introduce snippets that help to make sense of all that is going on. As individuals Tara and Holly are superb authors and together they are unbeatable. Certainly this story involving one innocent and one who feels tainted by what he had to do and yet, they found each other and everything seems to make sense when they are together – especially in those scorching sex scenes but even when they are just talking to one another I could “feel” how they fitted together like a puzzle. The Storm is a fabulous story with passion, hatred, protectiveness, caring and love that will surpass all the greed and violence that also is involved. This is one of those books that is a must to buy!

Tara Wylde and Holly Hart are two fantastic authors on their own right but together they smash the ceiling for a terrific story. This is about two very lonely and hard-working single parents. Nick is a multi billionaire and is a single dad to a lovely little girl whilst Lina is a single mum to her cute little boy but is near the bread line no matter how hard she works. When the latest disaster happens to her her flat is ransacked and this is when she meets Nick at the local food bank where he is volunteering. I loved Nick as there was just nothing about him you could criticise him for – kind, loving, hard-working and will do anything, including giving up his free time to help others! The chemistry between Lina and Nick is outstanding and in this story we travel with them through the twists and turns that will, hopefully, lead to their HEA. beautifully written with feeling and details to make the characters “come alive” as you read the story. A truly special story that I love. Enjoy as its a real page turner and a story that you won’t forget 🙂
