Say You Do by Weston Parker

Just Friends -With Steamy Benefits! ENJOY!!

Every good girl deserves a bad boy. ~ Weston

This latest story by Weston Parker made me laugh out loud at times. It centres around Luna and Cyrus. They have both been hurt in matters of the heart – he’s actually divorced and she was cheated on by a creep. But you’re going to find out when you read this ‘unable to put down book’ all about their vile exes. Luna is a struggling florist and Cyrus is a grumpy billionaire who agrees to help his older brother and fiancee to plan their wedding for them and this is how the two meet. There is so much fun whenever Cyrus and Luna are together. They agree to be friends ‘with benefits’ and the steamy scenes that Weston Parker has written almost had me reaching to turn on all the fans as they are certainly HOT! But because they are friends they feel that they can be more honest with each other and be relaxed so they have a ball. I think his brother Peter and his fiancee Jenny are terrific and I’m pleased that they help get these two together. I loved how she surprised him by wanting to eat at a food truck [but what a food truck!] rather than dine at a very fancy and expensive restaurant. The chemistry positively sizzles between these two and I’d love to find out if Luna’s best friend gets her HEA and a father figure for adorable Adi! I received a reader’s copy of this and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Most definitely recommended. Just loved this so much, that even though I’d been given a copy, I just had to purchase my own!

Looking To Score (Providence University Book 2) by Weston Parker and Ali Parker

Time To Face The Truth About Their Feelings. ENJOY!!

So here we are at Providence Uni once again with hot sportsmen and women. If you’ve read book 1 [then you definitely should] you will recognise many of the characters including Aubrey and Lucas whose story was told in book 1. I like reconnecting with characters – especially when they are so well developed like the ones Ali and Weston Parker have created for us. This book is about Emily and Jacob who had a one night stand together three years ago but were both too afraid to make the necessary commitment for a relationship. They both come from poor families financially and are struggling through college to make ends meet. Emily is in an abusive relationship with awful Brody and Jacob has to come to her rescue. Everyone else can see that they belong together but will they make it. I love Tasha, Layla and Micah and hope to be able to read their stories too in this series. I also hope that Jacob’s Dad gets his own HEA as he is a sweetheart. This is a compelling book that I was drawn into very quickly and just ‘had to’ find out what happens to them. Roll on book 3!! I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!

Going After What’s Mine by Weston Parker

Could This Be Their Happily Ever After Home? ENJOY!
Every good girl deserves a bad boy. ~ Weston

This is a story that displays Weston Parker’s talent fully as a writer. He’s not just a romance writer [although he does excel at this!] but illustrates how well he is at creating mystery, suspense and danger and having you on the edge of your seat and ‘unable’ to put the book down as it was compelling. The main characters are Colton who is a widower whose wife died a year ago; he has an adorable four year old daughter called Abby who will melt your heart, they are on the run from his previous life as an MMA boxer and they find themselves in Nebraska where their next door neighbour is Jenna who is a waitress. There is certainly plenty of chemistry between Colton and Jenna which was enough to have you reaching to turn on your fan or ac. But can he trust her as he is always looking over his shoulder in case he and Abby need to run again. But there is so much more between him and Jenna that he wants to make this their home. Their best friends are great characters too and I’m sure that there could be at least another book from them [hint hint]. But then there is trouble looming for Jenna and Colton is obviously going to protect her as best he can. Can love overcome all their difficulties? Can Colton and Abby find their forever home in Beatrice? Do Colton and Jenna have a chance at enduring, passionate love? To find out you’re going to have to read this fantastic page turner of a story for yourselves just as I did! If you haven’tread any of Weston’s books before [where have you been???] then I’m sure you’ll be looking for the rest of his wonderful books afterwards! I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Aubrey is an Ice Queen for the team and is the one who organises that they get to matches and fund raising opportunities. Neither she nor Lucas have had a boyfriend/girlfriend throughout college. They both have unhappy backgrounds – her with her mother and him the result of his older brother committing suicide. They work so well together and look at each other thinking that no one notices but Jayce does and he is very vocal telling Lucas to back off from his sister. But the thing is that Lucas only has three months left there before possibly turning pro will he regret if he doesn’t try to have either a fling or relationship with her? They are so good together and there is plenty of humour, flirting and deep emotional soul searching as they let each other into their lives. But Lucas has so much baggage that they may not stand a chance! This is a delightful first book in the new series, Providence University, by the fabulous best selling authors Ali and Weston Parker. The characters are very much 3-dimensional with all their flaws and foibles. This is one of those stories that you just can’t put down as there are so many layers to the storyline with other great characters too [I hope we get to read Jayce, Layla, William and Jacob’s stories in the series]. I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. I look forward with enthusiasm to reading the rest of the series! MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED. ENJOY!!

Ashton never saw it coming. He was the nearest he had to a friend in his life and he really depends on him to do the social interaction aspect of the business. But when they’re discussing Kyle leaving they are approached by a young woman who hears them saying that Ashton needs a new secretary as he’s just fired the previous one. Willow is a single Mum to Jake [who is a great kid]and she desperately needs a new job having been fired herself because she had to keep leaving work to go to Jake’s school where he is being constantly bullied. Ashton is NOT impressed by the feisty young woman coming and offering to be his secretary, even if he does think that she’s gorgeous. But Kyle talks to Willow and, as he has already told Ashton that he will find a secretary for him, he employs her then and there as he recognises that she’s a single mum who needs and wants to work. Imagine Ashton’s shock when Willow turns up to report for work the next day! But he can’t fire her as he has signed a deal with Kyle that he cannot fire her for twelve months! This is a fabulous story by Weston Parker. It’s one that made me laugh, cringe a time or two [I loved when Willow showed up the three slimy creeps] as well as smile and I did have concern for my kindle heating up with the steaming scenes between these two passionate people. The chemistry between them is palpable and there are, of course, some twists and turns that make the storyline all the more interesting. As for her best friend -well we all need a best friend like her !!! I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Grab a copy for yourselves asap! Have Your Way With Me by Weston Parker

It’s time for a second chance. A last chance. My only chance. ENJOY!
Every good girl deserves a bad boy. ~ Weston

Jordan has one major secret from his best friend, Kole, that would end their friendship forever. The secret is that he dated and loved Kole’s little sister, Elyse, and she loved him. But they were mere teenagers at the time and he left with Kole to enlist in the Navy. But they have had no contact with each other in ten years. Nothing. Not a thing. Jordan has had an Honourable Discharge and is happily working on a pineapple farm with his friend Mauli, but he isn’t going to do this for the rest of his life. Kole invites him fro breakfast and tells him that Ellie is coming to live on the island so the brother and sister can be nearer to each other. There have been ten years for them to change, there will be no attraction surely? But, oh boy, there is and in abundance! Kole never knew about Jordan and Elyse and he certainly wouldn’t have wanted them to go out together. In fact, no one was good enough to go out with his little sister. Talk about being a bit over protective. However, there is no doubt that there is something powerful between these two engaging characters. He is all alpha male but there is a tender and passionate side to him that draws Elyse to him like a moth to a flame. She is breathtakingly beautiful and almost takes his breath away. She is funny, witty and sensual and as attracted to him as he is to her. Kole is clueless about what is going on. But what happens when Jordan fails to tell Kole about them? How will Elyse react? Can they lose each other for another ten years or maybe forever? I confess that the last few chapters had me on ‘the edge of my seat’ as I experienced what they were going through. Weston Parker is just so good at his descriptions that I felt as if it was happening right in front of me. It just proves how good an author he is, when the reader feels as if it’s not ‘just a book’ but an experience! It’s a wonderful story with amazing characters and I do wonder if we will get to experience Kole’s story too??? I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!
