Their Dirty Dolls: A MFM Romance Collection by J.L. Beck

  Feeling HOT!  A Fabulous Read!

Here is the latest collection of red hot passionate alpha males and their women by the top USA best selling author, J.L. Beck.  They will have you reaching for your fans/ac to set to MAX COOL and a long cool drink.  The stories included are :-

Their Spoiled Princess: She’s spoiled rotten, but not by us. She wants to be treated like a princess, then she’ll have to earn it.

Their Spoiled Virgin: Two alphas, and a virgin that needs to be claimed. The heroine in this story just got sandwiched between two hotties. This was my personal favourite as Bailey and her bosses Logan and Tyler were such fun to read.  passion overload 😉

Their Best Friends Little Sister: Forbidden fruit at its finest. They want their best friends little sister so badly, they’re willing to cross any and all lines to have her.

Dirty As Sin: Sinfully dirty, and over the top, you’ll be fanning yourself till the very end.

All four stories are fabulous and expect to swoon over these hot heroes and their feisty women.  Well written and it was so easy to love them.  Great characters that were believable and fun. I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Most Definitely Recommended – I’m looking forward to her next book.

Baseball Mine: An Older Man Younger Woman Romance (A Man Who Knows What He Wants Book 80) by Flora Ferrari

Swoon Time With STEAM Heat!! Get Your Copy Now!

Oh MY! This is such a sweet romance – don’t get me wrong, this is a story by Flora Ferrari so we also have STEAM HEAT!!! Finn is Brynn’s older brother and she used to hang round with him and his best friend Bryce as much as they would let her whilst growing up even though they were nine years older than her. Brice is now a very successful baseball player which both he and Finn dreamed of being. Brynn has crushed on Bryce since she first ‘noticed’ boys so she has it bad for him. When she gets an opportunity to get some tickets to a game where he’ll be paying she can’t resist – even if it means having to go on a date with a creep from her office. But at the ballgame she notices him straight away and it seems that he noticed her too. When the ball flies towards her he seems to set his eyes on her even though he’s after the ball and shoves the jerk behind her from hurting her. And that, as they say, is the beginning of their HEA! Will Finn approve when he finds out that she’s got tickets from Brice to come to another game in New York? When Bryce sneaks out of his hotel in New York to be with her it is so romantic and sweet where he takes her. He is her first kiss and her first everything. Not everything is going to go smoothly but what a journey! Bryce is going to stay in your memory as one of Flora’s most romantic of romantic heroes so be prepared to swoon. Bridges and a candlelit boathouse are going to feature in your dreams from now on. I also loved the epilogues as they are so much fun to see how the future pans out for them. I love Flora’s stories but this must be the sweetest yet and I loved every second of it [pizza restaurant and Bryce marching in is probably one of the most satisfying scenes 😉 ]. Possessive K-9 Cop (A Man Who Knows What He Wants #74) by Flora Ferrari

  He Can Arrest Me Anytime…

Kane is an older man and a great cop with the most fantastic police canine ever called Malia.  He rescued her when he was on holiday in Alaska – paid for her training the lot and she is as devoted to him as he is to her!  She is also possessive of him and doesn’t like any woman he brings round till he meets Quinn again.  Now he’s on a stakeout for a drug mule when he realises with Malia’s help , just in time, NOT to tazer the ‘suspect because it’s Quinn – his best friend’s little sister who isn’t so little any more. In fact, she’s grown up into the  most delectable and stunning young woman that he wants to wrap up and have for himself alone.  She’s wearing the same clothes as the suspect so she points them in the right direction and they catch the drug mule. But his captain is mad at him for not following orders and he is suspended! Unbelievable!  However, it does mean that he has time to pursue Quinn and make sure that she’s on board with being HIS forever. Her brother might have something to say about it but she’s more important.  Instant love and oh such a glorious read that only Flora Ferrari can give. She composes the most compelling stories of instant love around and makes her characters so likeable, loveable, realistic and fun in witty storylines that draw you in and keep me coming back for more. I loved this latest book and look forward to Flora’s next romantic adventures for us to enjoy!I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.   A Great Fun Steamy Read – Definitely Recommended

Saving Emma by R.R. Banks

  Magnificent – Film Rights??

When is R.R. Banks going to have his books submitted to be turned into films??  This is yet another that I would go to see!  This is so much more than any mere romance.  We have an addict recovering from his injuries that stopped his football career and changed his life forever more.  Brice turned his life around and invested wisely and turned himself intro a very successful businessman.  When he hears that his best friend’s dad has died, who helped him as a young boy/man to  get into professional football, he knows that he must support his friend and show his respect to the man who was so important to him.  Whilst there he also sees Emma, his best friend’s younger sister who has now blossomed in every way his x-rated mind could possibly imagine but she looks at him with almost hate in her eyes which confounds him.|Emma had crushed on Brice from afar whilst young [way too young for him at the time] but now the age difference is meaningless and he’s even more gorgeous than ever. But he never came back and she feels so betrayed.  meanwhile she has lost her job and is in dire straights and when Brice hears about it [all the while her using her nickname for him which is ‘a@@hole’!  He plays hero to her when her abusive ex attacks her and she tends to Brice’s wounds at home. This is when the story really heats up. This is a Book by R.R. Banks  so when I say heat – I mean HEAT as in scalding!  There is certainly plenty of passion between them but she immediately regrets it. But Brice wants more. He’s never felt this way about any woman before but she won’t give him a chance so he’s obviously going to have to be sneaky to get a second chance with her…and he knows exactly what he’s going to do!  Brice is no fool  but he’s  a man on a mission and that’s to see if there is any chance of something being very real between him and Emma. He’s got the money to make things happen so he can solve her employment issue and help his business acumen simultaneously.  But Emma has a real ‘story’ that her previous editor wouldn’t touch. But her fabulous new editor is a woman of vision and she thinks Emma is worth the risk so encourages her. But it’s not long before threats are received.  With kidnapping, new passions, real love, mystery, more murders and a creepy break in.  Who is behind these murders?  Is Emma too close to the truth? Can Brice win her love and keep her safe??  If there is one book that you buy this year – this must be it!!!!!  Magnificent.  This book illustrates perfectly why R.R. Banks is one of the USA’s best selling authors.  I received a reader’s copy of the book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.  Magnificent – Definitely Recommended

First Time: My Best Friend’s Little Sister Romance by Lauren Wood

Lauren Wood has been a favourite author of mine for some time now as I love her relaxed writing style and the way she draws me into her great storylines.  One thing I just don’t like reading about in stories is cheating.  I’m afraid there are multiple examples of cheating throughout the book and this spoilt the story for me.  There didn’t need to be any cheating on Aria’s side if only she’d spoken to her long term boyfriend who wanted a more serious and permanent relationship with her – but she wanted to re-enlist!  But then  later, having met David whom she cheats with, she doesn’t want to re-enlist but go into fashion?  Not the strong willed and upright character that we are lead to believe that she is.If you can ignore pr don’t mind the cheating, then the story is interesting. Admittedly David is arrogant and hasn’t had the best of upbringing and he’s basically a womaniser and playboy who is suspicious of his best friend’s intentions which is sad.  I’m pleased to say that over the book I did come to really like David and Aria [ignoring the cheating]. I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.

Redemption Kindle Edition by Amy Brent

Will She Give Him A Second Chance ?

Lindsay loved Ben.  He supposedly loved her. But the first, and only, time that he is told by Chad [not a friend] that she cheated on him he just ups and leaves without giving her a chance to say what happened. He even blocked her from contacting him.  never to see him for over 6 years.  But now he’s back from the Navy SEALs with his best friend, Paul, also an ex SEAL and they’re building a business which will be aided by a therapist.  Paul encourages Ben to make contact with this person and can you imagine his shock when he finds out it is his Lindsay.  She hasn’t really moved on with her emotional life as she was so heartbroken by his treatment of her.  But the love is still there. But does he deserve a second chance?  He also has a surprise of his own called Jacob.  Can Lindsay forgive him for being so hurtful and immature?  Beautifully written by Amy Brent and I loved the build up as to why he just upped and left. Though his Mum is the one who really lets on the truth behind it all.  Great character development and depth of storyline. I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.

Most Definitely Recommended.  I can’t wait for her next romantic adventure!

Billion Dollar Man by Ali Parker

  A Brilliant Suspenseful Story!

I ‘discovered’ Ali Parker’s books last year and have been addicted to them ever since.  I love the way she weaves a story.  The way she develops her characters that are so believable and 3-dimensional. The way they pull at your heart strings and I always end up liking them [well apart from the obvious unpleasant ones ]. In this  book I loved Mila as the heroine. The hero was Ben, who is her brother’s best friend so obviously their love would break the ‘bro code’.  She had a crush on him as a child but nothing happened. He always wanted to be a firefighter but work in New York pulled him away. When his parents and ‘uncle’ die in suspicious circumstances he gets a chance to come back home and they reconnect.  Passions overtake them but then he feels that he ‘has to’ leave town to protect her.  Ben did annoy me at times because he need to be more assertive and not floundering in his thoughts. This is a longer story than normal but it was so full of what was going on that it didn’t seem long at all to me.  This is a real page turner and you won’t want to put it down.  W|ell worth purchasing so that I can re-read it whenever I want to do!  Most definitely recommended!

Protecting Abigail by R.R. Banks

  A Superb Must Have Read!

R.R. Bank’s writing just exceeds my expectations every time. I love reading his stories and he is a terrific author which is why he is a best selling US author. His storylines in the last year have developed into something so much more than ‘just a story’. I can practically ‘see’ the action happening as I read as his descriptions are so vivid and his characters so believable and lifelike. In this book we meet Abigail who has found the courage to leave her abusive ex and with her brother, Evan’s, support she is starting afresh. In this new life she meets Xavier and his daughter Anna who is such a sweet little girl, whose mother died tragically. It was wonderful to see Abigail gaining confidence and beginning to enjoy her life and forming new friendships and how Xavier lowers his guard and opens his heart which he has closed off to everyone but Anna since her mum died. As his feelings for Abigail grow and are reciprocated, how will they react when mysterious things start happening to her? Will she be able to continue as a teacher? Will their growing feelings be able to grow under these worrying conditions? Such a well thought out and beautifully written story that had me on the edge of my seat. R.R. banks certainly pulled out surprises for me in this latest book and I lost sleep so that I could find out ‘what happened next’! Well worth it. This is a fabulous example of why his writing is so popular and , if you haven’t read any of his books before, [where have you been ??] than this is the perfect book to get you addicted to his stories. I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. I can’t emphasise how good a story this is and encourage you to read it for yourself and enjoy. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

First Lust: My Best Friend’s Little Sister Romance by Lauren Wood

   Love At Second Sight

Callie was getting over a break up and went to a club one night. There she met Teddy. Tall and gorgeous and oh so s@xy!  They had a night of red hot passion and said good bye.  Five years later her parents die and she is introduced to a brother, David, whom she knew nothing about before.  So the two are to run their dad’s business together and all is going well until he brings in his best friend, Ted, to be second in command whilst he ran the factory and Callie ran the office. Guess who Ted is?  No he’s not Ted – he’s TEDDY!!!!!  They’ve  both thought of each other over the years and this is their chance to get to know each other even better.  I really loved Teddy as he was such fun and yet so sensible, mature, caring and knew what he was doing.  Callie is a great character but I don’t know why she puts up with David’s bully-boy childish attitude. If I found out that I had a brother like that he would still have to be respectful and not domineering and rude just for the sake of it.  As you can tell – I do not like David at all – he seemed okay at first but just slowly deteriorated in my mind.  As you probably also can tell, I did enjoy this story very much as it was generally very well written [a few typos]  and a fantastic storyline!  Lauren Woods  has pulled out all the stops to give us this great book and I look forward to even more from this USA top best selling author!I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest review of it here.  Get your own copy now – definitely recommended!!

Air Force Hero: A Military Secret Baby Novel by Weston Parker

A Second Chance With Her Childhood Crush

Josephine, Jo, has had a major crush on her brother Ryan’s best friend, Zach, since she was a little girl.  Obviously nothing could happen between them as Ryan would kill them both!  Zach joins the Air Force and Jo joins the Coast Guard.  But when his dad dies he returns home briefly for his mum and he meets up with Jo.  This time with emotions high they can’t ignore the sizzling chemistry between them and they have one unbelievably wonderful night of passion and love. But she’s gone before he wakes the next morning.   Nothing Zach can do but wish they could explore this feeling between them so all he can do is remember.  Meanwhile Jo is feeling the same.  Several tears pass before they are both back home and she is not alone!  She has a male with her and Zach NEEDS to know all about him as he looks remarkably like himself in miniature form!  Weston Parker’s writing just gets better with each book [and I’ve loved his books for quite some time now].  His writing style is flowing and succinct. Whilst he knows how to pull at your heart strings with all the angst and drama surrounding these two.  I think Ryan’s opinion doesn’t need to count this time.  Now it’s just Zach, Jo and a certain adorable little boy who count.  It was all so easy to immerse myself into this world of theirs and want them to get their HEA.  Such a wonderful journey that I will be re-reading this in the future as it is too good a story just to be read the once.  I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.  Most Definitely Recommended!
