Mountain Man’s Fake Fiancée (Mountain Man, #1) by Kelsey King

Nothing Fake About How They Feel

Tate is a mountain man and hardly ever comes to town.  But this day he needs some supplies and goes to the cafe whilst he is waiting.  When Brianna sees him she accidentally drops her fully loaded tray and he immediately comes to her rescue.  This is the start of a flirtation which keeps him returning to see his favourite waitress several times a week.  But when he gets an invitation which is a reminder of his old life he asks whether she will help him.  This is when she discovers so many secrets and feel their way in this new relationship.  I loved Tatum[ Tate] and Brianna and they were as if made for each other.  get ready for sparks to fly, a sibling reveals his true self, a Dad is assisted and a family can reconnect together.  This is the first book that I’ve read by Kelsey King but it won’t be the last as I loved her writing style with a terrific storyline and plenty of passion and angst.  Roll on her next story please.  I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. A Fun Read –  Definitely Recommended!!!!

Lucky Prince by Eva Luxe, Juliana Conners

  Cinderella circa 2018

This is Cinderella circa 2018!  With a handsome Prince Gregory and a damsel, Ella, who has a wicked stepmother and two dire step sisters.  he is in want of a wife and he finds Ella, an American, but will she fit the role and stay?  Gregory certainly wants her and the heat between them is explosive.  Like all good fairy tales, we all want our hero and heroine to have their own HEA. Take a chance on this modern day fairy tale with a twist or two. Written beautifully by Eva Luxe and Juliana Conners who truly pull out all the stops to compose magical stories for us to read and enjoy.  I certainly did and think you will too!  I look forward to their next romantic adventure!  I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.

Cop’s Fake Fiancée: An Older Man Younger Woman Romance (A Man Who Knows What He Wants Book 46) by Flora Ferrari

  Good Guy To The Rescue

May is dying and not expected to live beyond December.  She goes to her best friend’s dad, Steven, who is also her Godfather, her deceased Dad’s best friend and the man she has had a crush on for years to pretend to be her fake fiancée to help her live.  Steven is a cop and a man of integrity and can’t believe he is even thinking of doing this but the more he thinks of May, he doesn’t see his sweet little Goddaughter, he sees a hot young woman that he wants and he wants to have her all to himself and be her first and her everything. I really enjoyed this story as Flora Ferrari really knows how to draw us readers into her stories and keep us entertained right to the very end.  I loved the connection between Steven and May. Cancer touches most of our lives in some form or other and I’m pleased that Flora didn’t shy away from it.  This is a well written story with believable characters that touched my heart and I hope that you will enjoy it too. To find out whether May is saved and whether they can have a HEA, you will need to purchase your own copy then switch off your phone, lock the doors and settle down to delve into their world. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Friends to Lovers: A Fake Fiance Romance by Mia Ford

  Perfect For Each Other

Melissa and Nick met in middle school and became the best of friends. He went off to college and met the girl who would become his wife and mother of their son. However, she wasn’t worthy of him and left Nick and their son.  He is going to an awards ceremony and needs a partner so he asks Melissa if she will pretend to be his fiancée for the evening. What Nick doesn’t know is that Melissa has been in love with him for years but never act upon it as she didn’t want to ruin  their friendship.  Mia Ford is a top 100 selling author and this story certainly illustrates why her books are so popular.  her writing style is relaxed, enticing and with fabulous characters.   Nick and Melissa are just so good together but why has it taken Nick so long to realise how much Melissa means to him? They are so well suited with plenty of steam heat between them and are so comfortable with each other whilst still appreciating the sizzling chemistry between them.  Will Nick want to make the fake fiancée into something real and lasting?  I thoroughly enjoyed this book from start to finish and look forward to Mia’s next romantic adventure. Grab this as soon as you can as its a great fast paced read that I read in one go.
