Nikki Chase has composed for us a delightfully sensual and passionate story full of emotions from the hard hitman who didn’t think his heart could get involved with anyone – never mind his ‘enemy’s daughter! I have been reading Nikki Chase’s stories for a couple of years now and her stories always entertain me, captivate my attention and leave me looking forward for her next book. So beautifully written with plenty of detail so that I almost felt as if I knew these two people. Elena is a lovely young woman who has a very loving and caring personality. Meanwhile Damon – the hard nosed hitman, has a gentle heart and he cares passionately about those that he loves and it was so easy to see why Elena loved him. When Damon’s plan doesn’t go accordingly he adapts but also realises that he is falling hard for her. All does not go smoothly for this couple but they endure and their love will be tested again and again. To find out whether they get their HEA and what will happen to her father, you’re going to have to get your own copy and I do encourage you to do so as this is a really great book that I didn’t put down until I’d completely read it all. fans at the ready for the steamy scenes and remember to switch off your phones so that there are no interruptions!
