Guardians of the Fae: A Reverse Harem Fantasy Romance by Elizabeth Hartwell

  A Great Paranormal Read!

Elizabeth Hartwell is a new author to me and what a wonderful find!  This tells us the story of a paranormal detective, Eve, who realises that she seems to have a knack for knowing things. When she is on a search she finds out that fa Guardians Noah, Tyler, Jacob and Cole  are there to assist her. There have been some very suspicious paranormal murders taking place and they are here to help her and rescue her from a vampire attack.  What they didn’t expect to find was HER.  These three s@xy men feel a connection to her that they can’t ignore and she certainly doesn’t want to ignore them.  plenty of passion, mystery and suspense in this great book.  I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to reading more of her stories. I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Definitely Recommended

Rush: A Reverse Harem Romance by Lane Hart

  A Great Steamy Romance

When Graham, college football star, gets a warning that if his grades don’t improve he will be out, he is shocked. So he gets in touch with Skyler, Sky, who was his nerdy friend from high school who used to tutor him for help. Now Sky has had a major crush on him for years and is more than willing to go and stay with him and his two room mates, Ty and Charlie, over the summer. Ty and Charlie are gorgeous, sweet caring, handsome, beyond friendly and make her feel so wanted that her quiet reserve drops round them. But they know what Graham is like with women and make him keep clear of her – they genuinely care for her and don’t want her heart crushed by him. Lane Hart has really given us a brilliant example here of her at her best. There is plenty of heat and surprises in this storyline that will keep you riveted to the book from first to last page. My favourites in the story were Charlie and Ty and, after you’ve read it for yourself, I think you will understand why! This is a fun, steamy read that I really enjoyed and hope that you will too. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. HOWEVER,  as I enjoyed the book so much I purchased my own copy so that I could support the author and be able to re-read it in the future. Definitely recommended

Her Woodsmen: A Reverse Harem Romance by Victoria Belle

  New Author…

Lyra is struggling to cope with her parents divorce and she drops out of school.  She spends her time partying until her mum finds out. She then takes Lyra away to a secluded cabin in the woods.  It is there that whilst wandering in the forest that she meets Rain, Paul, and X  who live in a community away from society.  They were not what she expected at all.  They seemed rather interested in her too and she was certainly not going to discourage their interest as they are HOT!  This is a reverse harem story by Victoria Belle who is a new author to me.  This is an easy to read story that is fast paced.  A great beach read.  I did enjoy the story and will look for more of her books to enjoy.  I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.

This is a superb collection of paranormal stories by the best selling author, Vella Day. If you haven’t read any paranormal stories and have a good imagination then I would certainly recommend this set to you.  They are all very well written with fantastic storylines that give you a rich flavour of what the paranormal genre is partly about.  The four stories included are :-

PACK WARS – Training Their Mate – this is my favourite of the four books included and is concerned by two wolf shifters who find their mate who is a human. But she is their Fated Mate so no other will do. They just have to persuade her.  All these books are the first i a series so give you a great insight as to what to expect. All very well written, full of intrigue, passion, mystery, secrets and love.    I have read all of the pack war series and loved it very much.  The Hidden Hills Shifters are my second favourite and will sweep you away on their secrets and passion too.  I always look forward to Vella’s stories and I hope this may entice some of you to try her books too.  I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  Ivy & Her Cowboys

This is the ninth and final episode of Pleasure Island Series b y Anya Summers.  This involves Ivy who goes under cover to the island pretending to be a submissive all the whilst investigating the Island and what is really going on there.  It is there that she attracts the attention of two rodeo riders, and lovers, Dax and Nate.  When she arrives she finds herself auctioned off and these two hunky cowboys ‘win’ her. But can they persuade her to be with both of them and not just for a week??  There is plenty of heat so check that your fans/ac are in fully working order and set to MAX COOL.  I loved the way Anya weaves the story around these three fascinating characters who she describes so well as to make them so 3-dimensional and believable.  I confess that I haven’t read all of the previous books but I intend to now having read this one.  I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.  Grab your own copy now – definitely recommended!

Twin Tease: An MFM Menage Billionaire Step Romance by Jess Bentley

  Get Out Your Fans For The Passionate Scenes

Chelsea and her two twin stepbrothers, Chance and Jack grew up together and the boys fancied her and she had a major crush on them.  When their parents die they grow apart and don’t see each other for three years.  She graduates but can’t get a job using her degree and ends up in a coffee shop.  meanwhile, Chance and Jack are now billionaire app designers and both now single dads in need of a nanny. When they see Chelsea in the coffee shop they persuade her to be the nanny to their boys and get to know each other again.  This time there is nothing to stand in their way of pursuing each other and over time they have just grown more gorgeous.  Jess Bentley really knows how to draw you into a storyline [this one is certainly unique to me] and keep you throughout the story right to the end. And what a perfect ending it was too!  But no spoilers from me – read it yourself and I’m sure that you won’t be disappointed. Red hot passionate scenes and plenty of love that grows exponentially.  I loved this story and I can’t wait for jess’s next romantic adventure for us all to enjoy!  I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

WARNING:- This book should come with the warning that you need to check that your fans/air con is functioning at max cool before you start reading this book by Eddie Cleveland as its is HOT! Okay now…settle yourself down to indulge in not one BUT two hunky firefighters who are smoulderingly sexy and can make Kelly almost swoon with lust when she sees her two new neighbours.  She’s got a belittling father who made her confidence reach an all time low with him denigrating her looks, body and personality so that’s why she moved to make a fresh start far away from him. When Desi and Zach who are best friends move in next door to her she just KNOWS that she wants to be good ‘friends’ with them and they are more than a little smitten when they meet her.   Poor Lila!

Lila has had a difficult life to say the least!  Her mother left her dad and he ended up dying in prison after a failed bank robbery. She then found her supposed BF in bed with her boyfriend so she packs everything up and heads for the mountains to just find a job and start afresh from where she grew up. She thinks she might get work at a sky lodge and stops at a diner and then carries on to what she thinks is a sky resort in a snow storm. But then her car goes over the side of the mountain catching in flames but it’s put out by five hunky lumberjacks.  her car is gone and everything in it. In other words she is destitute without a thing in her name but what she’s wearing. The Barrett brother lumberjacks are Alder,Ash, Elm, Oak and Teak and they are all simply gorgeous and live there alone since their parents died in a car crash five years ago.  They offer her a place to sleep and a job in their furniture business which she gratefully accepts.  But all five of the men are extremely attracted to Lila and one by one they each get very close and intimate with her till she is sharing herself with all five of them!  No wonder she was happy!  The lust/passion turning to love between all six of them is all about starting with instant lust but as time goes by leads to so much more. But not all is as it seems! Someone is NOT happy about her with the five men.  Who is it? What do they want? What will they do to get what they want??  Will the brothers help her or leave her to get on by herself??  Sierra Sparks has written a really good story here with plenty of passion and steam heat.  I must admit that I felt so very, very sorry for Lila as just nothing was going her way.  She really needed a break- especially when her car and everything in it was gone forever.  I think Sierra was really harsh on Lila to such an extreme that I just felt it was ‘wrong’. She didn’t need all that suffering to get to meet the brothers?  I have liked and enjoyed every other book by her that I’ve read but this just didn’t ‘sit’ right with me.  Having said that I will be looking forward to more stories from her.
