Untamed Virgins (Mountain Men of Bear Valley Book 1) by Chantel Seabrook and Frankie Love

  A Wonderful Paranormal New Series!!

“Bear Valley: Where rugged men find more than a safe haven — they find their mates.”  This is the first book that I’ve read by Chantel Seabrook but it won’t be the last as I really enjoyed this first episode in the  Mountain Men of Bear Valley  and I simply now got to read the rest by her and the best selling author Frankie Love.  This is a paranormal series about men who are bear shifters [my personal favourites as I just love anything to do with bears].  In this we are introduced to the oldest of the bear shifting brothers, Gunner and Adelaide Spencer.  Adelaide has just moved to the Valley with her friends to open  a bookstore that had been in the family and not expecting to find her one true love. But as soon as Gunner sees her , he knows that she is his Mate and once they kiss that is decided and he can have no one else.  So beautifully written with warmth, humour, realism and such amazing characters that I found them so easy to love and enjoy their story.  How will Adelaide react when she finds out Gunner’s family secret?  bearing in mind that she didn’t even know that shifters existed in the first place?  The attraction between them is so powerful that they are like two magnets drawn to each other and no one can, hopefully, pull them apart.  To find out what happens you need to get a copy and discover for yourself.  I certainly am looking forward to the next books in the series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Definitely recommended – a great start to the series.

Possessive Canadian by Flora Ferrari

  More Than A Holiday Affair?

The temperature’s rising… especially when Cameron sets his sight on Camila. She’s on holiday in Whistler, Canada [I’ve been there and loved it – just such a beautiful place to visit] and she spots this handsome older man and can sense that he’s interested in her. He is also very possessive and she likes the feelings this give her.  He’s so much MAN rather than a mere boy.  This young woman knows what she wants and it’s him. But what happens when the holiday ends? Are they just going to say goodbye?  If so, her heart is going to break.  I love Flora Ferrari’s instalove stories.  They are full of passion, wit, fun and plenty of heat and no cheating [which I loathe] and, of course, a HEA.  A real fast paced read which is great to while away a couple of hours.  Definitely a feel good factor about this book. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Her Woodsmen: A Reverse Harem Romance by Victoria Belle

  New Author…

Lyra is struggling to cope with her parents divorce and she drops out of school.  She spends her time partying until her mum finds out. She then takes Lyra away to a secluded cabin in the woods.  It is there that whilst wandering in the forest that she meets Rain, Paul, and X  who live in a community away from society.  They were not what she expected at all.  They seemed rather interested in her too and she was certainly not going to discourage their interest as they are HOT!  This is a reverse harem story by Victoria Belle who is a new author to me.  This is an easy to read story that is fast paced.  A great beach read.  I did enjoy the story and will look for more of her books to enjoy.  I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here.

Mountain Man’s Nanny (Mountain Man, #2) by Kelsey King

   Her Best Friend’s Brother…

This is a must have read by Kelsey King that won’t disappoint! Written so well and such a wonderful story that is realistic with terrific characters that it was so easy to be compelled to read it in one go. Parker is a single dad to Evie and Jackson after his wife died in a mugging. Now five years later he is really struggling to be both parents but his sister has an exceptional idea – get her best friend to act as nanny for him! Kacee is just perfect for the children and there is certainly attraction between her and Parker that will send the mercury in a temperature gauge rising high! If only Jackson hadn’t interrupted them a kiss would have happened so much sooner than it did. I loved these characters and hope that you will too. Mountain Man’s Fake Fiancée (Mountain Man, #1) by Kelsey King

  Nothing Fake About How They Feel

Tate is a mountain man and hardly ever comes to town.  But this day he needs some supplies and goes to the cafe whilst he is waiting.  When Brianna sees him she accidentally drops her fully loaded tray and he immediately comes to her rescue.  This is the start of a flirtation which keeps him returning to see his favourite waitress several times a week.  But when he gets an invitation which is a reminder of his old life he asks whether she will help him.  This is when she discovers so many secrets and feel their way in this new relationship.  I loved Tatum[ Tate] and Brianna and they were as if made for each other.  get ready for sparks to fly, a sibling reveals his true self, a Dad is assisted and a family can reconnect together.  This is the first book that I’ve read by Kelsey King but it won’t be the last as I loved her writing style with a terrific storyline and plenty of passion and angst.  Roll on her next story please.  I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. A Fun Read –  Definitely Recommended!!!!

   Second Chances With Her Marine

Ryan now lives off grid having had to leave the Marines having suffered some injuries including losing two fingers and a fair portion of his thigh.  Meanwhile, Livvy, who was a film maker and who survived thanks to Ryan, she is now searching for him since no one has heard from him for over a year.  He’s changed in appearance since she last saw him but his b and straggly hair make no difference to her – she is just here to see the real Ryan.  This is a wonderful story by the best selling author, Em Petrova and one that is a real page turner and I am so pleased that I read how Livvy wants to see if the attraction that she felt for him before is real and whether they can build upon it.  Written with sparkling wit, passion and real caring and loving warmth that left me wanting to read even more of her stories.  I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Definitely recommended – grab your copy now!

Bad Daddy’s Fantasy: Dark Mountain by Nina Rains

   He Came Into Her Life…

Victoria was out to defy her father but then she met Thomas Anderson and all that was forgotten.  This hulking mountain man changed her and her life forever.  Great writing and I loved the storyline.  Combustible chemistry between the two of them and plenty of STEAM HEAT that will keep you engrossed and not able to put the book down.  I look forward to reading Nina Rains next story! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.  Oh my gosh – DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!

Touch Wood (The Ash Brothers #3) by Jenika Snow

   And Then She Really SAW Him!

Jenika Snow has given us this delicious series and in this third book we are ‘given’ Andra and Liam – the third of the Ash brothers.  Andra has relocate to the mountains and tries to exude a tough persona and no nonsense career woman when really all she wants is a man to love her.  Liam is that man as he has loved her since he first saw her but she’s afraid. If only she could really ‘see’ that he’s right under her nose and there for her in any way that she could want him.  This is a fantastic quick read by Jenika that won’t disappoint you – but it did leave me wanting to read even more of her books so let’s hope her next one is out soon please!  It kept me enthralled from page one right to the very end and is a must have read.  It can be read as a standalone or as part of the series [which I prefer as you get to know so much more about them all and they appear in their other brother’s HEAs].  I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.  I definitely recommend this red HOT read!

  Oh My!!!!
