Wild: A Bad Boy Billionaire Romance by Lexi Whitlow

 Outstanding Story!!!!!!

Fox is a multi billionaire who is hiding ‘off-grid’ in the mountains after he discovered that his online currency was being misused and he is trying to sort out what was happening and who was behind it all whilst he avoids the FBI, Russian mobsters and other groups that he does not want any dealings with.  However, he knows that he has been discovered when one of the bear traps that he has set to warn him of intruders.  And what an intruder he has caught in his trap – a very curvy, feisty and absolutely gorgeous young woman called Zee [aka Zelda] who is an ambitious journalist who is out to find Fox, and she is also bleeding badly so he carries her to his secret cabin to treat her injuries.  But his appearance is not what she was expecting to say the least.  Her discovery of him means he must speed up his investigations to prove his innocence.  The attraction between the two of them cannot be denied and even though they are sharing a bed they resist temptation until they can’t keep their hands off each other.  The steamy scenes are written with passion and I did worry that my kindle might overheat! So please take any necessary checks 😉  This story is bang on up to date with the technology being used today and I could easily see this as a headline in real life as it is certainly possible.  The fact of it’s reality makes it so much more powerful as a storyline and Lexi Whitlow should be commended for penning this topical story.  Superbly written and I can just imagine which actor and actress could play the two main roles in a film of the book!  This a real MUST HAVE READ as it’s spot on with the online currency, a billionaire living off grid to ‘hide’ whilst he uncovers the fraudulent goings on and proves himself innocent all whilst not letting the FBI, Russian mobsters and other nefarious characters are out to get him.  Zee as the love interest was just perfect and the right choice for a heroine to Fox’s hero and love interest. 007 could learn some moves off him for the bedroom scenes 😉 As you may have concluded, I LOVE this story and this is certainly the best story that Lexi has written [I’ve read all her stories that are available online to the UK market] and I enjoyed all her other books too.  This is a book that I will be re-reading in the future as it is magnificent!

Second Chance Baby Daddy: A Billionaire + Virgin Romance by Vivien Vale

   Loved From Afar

Dylan and Emma worked together and she was everything to him five years ago even though he didn’t do enough to show her how much he cared.  Then he just disappeared and devastated her.  But he was watching her which may sound like he was stalking her. In a way, HE WAS!  But, it was so he could see that she was safe. He had given up his playboy life and retreated into the mountains and lived in his cabin and was self sufficient. But now Emma is in grave danger and he can’t let any harm come to her so he kidnaps her basically.  She doesn’t recognise him and calls him Grizzly because of all his wild hair and beard.  But what happens when she realises exactly who he really is?? Will she be mad? Will she stay?/ Will she be safe? Can Dylan protect them both from the threat?? To find out you’re going to have to get a copy of this must have read by Vivien Vale. So well written and she keeps the sense of danger and the developing of feelings between these two people who have both been so lonely without the other.  Expect lots of passion, tension and have your fans at the ready and set to MAX COOL as the temperature is going to get STEAM HEAT!!!  Beautifully written with a fantastic plot and characters that I had empathy for. A great read that I will want to read again as it is so good! Vivien just knows how to grab your attention and keep it focussed on her characters and wanting more. Now eagerly waiting for her next book!! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Big Mountain Daddy by B.B. Hamel

  He Built His Own Prison For Himself!

B. B. Hamel is a terrific author who pens the most beautifully written stories. Her exceptional command of the English language enhances her storylines all the more and creates the perfect atmospheres and descriptions for her characters.  In this story we meet feisty Mia, a journalist, who is sent by her boss to interview Ethan who is a mutli billionaire who was a very successful businessman until he seemed to ‘drop off the face of the earth’ when a tragic accident happens at his firm and seven men are killed .  Mia is intrigued by the lack of real info about him available on the Net and knows what she needs to find out.The attraction between the two of them is sky high and at the end of the interview they end up in his bedroom. Passion beyond anything either had felt before occurred but the next day he is gone. But he has left a part of him with her! Two months later she has to find him and she ends up in the mountainous wilderness at the beginning of a snow storm. But they are not alone [and I don’t mean his gorgeous dog by that remark!]  All is not as it seems and they have to work together, with an unexpected ally, to save their lives!  Will they all reach safety and can Ethan and Mia feel safe?  To find out this and much more you need to get a copy of this book. I was given an advanced readers copy and leave my honest review of it here. However, I enjoyed it so much [especially the hot and steamy scenes and the suspense or will they or won’t they die] that I bought my own copy and have just finished reading the superb bonus materials too!!

Mountain Man’s Beauty by Lauren Wood

  Instant Attraction

Alya is leaving her home behind for now as she’s getting over man trouble so decided to visit and stay in the cabin that her aunt had left her in the mountains of Alaska. It was June but there was still snow on the ground and Alya wasn’t used to such driving conditions and ended up in a snowdrift.  Fortunately for her, Bill, who lives on the mountain had seen her van stopped and came to her rescue on his snowmobile.  As it was dark her took her to his own cabin for the night as he knew her cabin needed extensive work doing to it to be habitable.  Bill wasn’t just doing this out of the kindness of his own heart – he took one look at her and wanted her.  he couldn’t believe that such a gorgeous young woman was here and also seemed to like him too.  The chemistry between them caused sizzling sparks to ‘fly’ when they met and each moment together increases the heat between them. He calls in some friends who owe him a favour to help sort out the cabin for her but this is when trouble starts!  Alya’s encounter with a bear is not what is really frightening and Bill needs to protect her anyway that he can.  Lauren Woods is one of my favourite writers as she creates such great plots that are realistic and yet intriguing.  My imagination was captured in page one and I was kept enthralled till the very end as the suspense was very well written. To find out if Alya will forgive Bill and if he survives a potentially dangerous encounter you’re going to have to do what I did and buy a copy of this to find out.  I’m now waiting as patiently as possible for Lauren’s next romantic adventure.You won’t be disappointed plus there is extra bonus materials to entertain you too!
