Rock Hard Neighbor : A Single Dad Next Door Romance by Rye Hart

   Mountain Man Finds Love

Rye Hart has penned yet another delicious story for us here and, as an added bonus, there is another story included in the book!!  Rye always creates characters that I can relate to and she grabs my attention at page 1 and maintains it throughout the whole story – often leading to lack of sleep. But who cares about sleep?  Brain has not had an easy life and when his sister and her husband are tragically killed he is given custody of his three year old niece, Lanie, who is a real little sweetheart who he is bringing up in the mountains of North Carolina away from the troubled world.  All is going smoothly until the cabin down the road is suddenly occupied by a young and feisty woman called Amanda whom he can’t get out of his mind. Amanda inherited the cabin after her grandmother died and , as things hadn’t been going too well after college, she decides to give up her dead end job and dump her boyfriend.  Brian and Amanda keep meeting and Lanie loves Amanda as she is missing her mum and really loves being with her.  Trouble really begins when Brian’s brother-in-laws brother decides that he wants Lanie.  Whatever can he do to keep Lanie as he loves her?  Maybe that pesky Amanda with her maddening ways and whom he can’t stop thinking about might help?  Dare he ask her to marry him but, obviously just for show to keep Lanie?How will Amanda react?  Rye’s words fly across the pages and you have to try to keep up and you don’t want to miss anything as this is so good. The chemistry between Amanda and Brian is off the scales and with every meeting it just escalates till the sizzling tension has to go somewhere and what a somewhere it is!  Lust, passion and tender love too all are involved in this love affair as that is what it becomes.  But will they marry and , if they do, will they still be able to keep Lanie as an integral part of their family?  To find out you need to get a copy of this like I have and enjoy the journey they travel to their HEA.  Bonus material is also included and very well worth the time reading.  Enjoy! This is a must have read and probably my favourite book of Rye’s.

The Nanny: A Single Dad Romance by Aria Ford

  Worthy Of Love

Isaak is a loving Dad whose only reason for living his his wonderful little girl Ivy. He will do whatever he can to protect her from her wicked mother, Jade, who he divorced because of her drug habit, stealing from him and putting Ivy’s life in jeopardy.  As a result he was awarded full custody, and Jade was only allowed supervised visits with a member of Social Services as she had already tried kidnapping Ivy [not because she loves her but to crucify Isaak].  Jared, consequently, only loves Ivy and trusts no one else but his best friend, Connor, who has known him for years and knows what he’s been though.  Unfortunately, Jared has a trust and temper issue which means that he has gone through umpteen nannies for Ivy and he’s getting desperate.  The latest nanny is called Kira.  She is a feisty young woman who loves working with children despite her boyfriend’s insistence that she give it up and marry him but she refuses to marry him, just yet, but can’t explain why. Her first impression of Issac is rather alarming as he’s shouting down the phone threatening someone.  When she knocks on the door he drags her in, isn’t polite and basically orders her not to let Ivy’s mum, Jade, in or anywhere near Ivy but won’t say why as he’s late for the office where he is a multi billionaire CEO.  Despite being disturbed by his behaviour she finds Ivy and is charmed by her and they chat. Jade enters and is the epitome of charm to Kira and Ivy!  Kira wonders why on earth Isaak would say such dreadful things about Jade when he is the only one who’s been unpleasant.  Will Jade take Ivy? Will Kira let Isaak know that his ex-wife is there with Ivy?  Aria Ford has created such wonderful characters in Ivy who is the sweetest of little girls, Kira who is passionate, caring, loving and forgiving, Jade who is a manipulative and dangerous woman, Connor who is a great friend to Isaak and Isaak who has been damaged by Jade’s behaviour and who really hates being the monster that he is through his lack of trust in humanity.  The storyline is great and quite believable [apart from the time frame which takes place over a matter of days].  I enjoyed this story and give it five stars as it is so well written. The complexities and characterisation with the short novel are excellent as I can almost ‘see’ who they are. I would have liked an epilogue to see how they were doing in a year and 5 years time to see how they were doing.  The attraction between Isaak and Kira is powerful and the air is charged when they are together and the sexual scenes between them are beautifully written and you will need to switch your fans to maximum as you’re reading those!  A really good plot and characters that made me sit up and I so wanted Jade to get her comeuppance.  Get this book and enjoy!

Keeping it All: A Single Dad Second Chance Romance by J.J. Bella

    Second Chances

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This is one terrific story by JJ Bella and you are in for a treat when you read this. Mary was a good girl and way above anything that Sam could ever hope to have as he was a bad boy. Mary has to choose between a future with career or possibly love with Sam – but would she be enough for him?? She wasn’t sure so she chose her career. Now she’s back in London and Sam has had a major turn around. When she left he decided to straighten his act out and he is now a very successful businessman and a single dad. After there history how are they going to react when Mary is about to become an employee of Sam’s?? With the passion between them and how they have both grown, do they have a second chance of a HEA together? JJ Bella is a terrific author and creates such wonderful characters as I so wanted Sam and Mary to get together and with this second chance, whilst there were many steamy and sizzling chemistry scenes between them, I also loved how they behaved towards each other. Their love for each other had never gone away and they both needed to have the opportunity for love. A wonderful read that is fast paced and so emotional that you will probably end up like me hoping against hope that their HEA was on the cards.To find out, grab yourself a copy!

Hot Stuff by Weston Parker

   Twists & Turns To Reach Their HEA

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This is actually the first book that I’ve read that is just written by Weston Parker. I have, however, enjoyed reading all twelve books that he wrote with Ali Parker, Blythe Reid and Zoe Reid. This book surrounds Gage, who is a single Dad and self made millionaire after establishing his own construction company and it being so successful. After a near death experience he makes his mind up that he is going to be a batter dad and takes full custody of his little girl, Olivia, who was previously being brought up by her maternal grandmother after her mother died. He hears that his best friend Noah’s dad, has just died and so they’re going to go back home and visit as well as attending the funeral. When he gets there he is blown away by Noah’s little sister,Lauren, who is no longer his high school crush and has grown into s stunningly beautiful young woman who is a successful solicitor now who has just resigned form her job. Lauren has never loved any man as she loved Gage but he was her brother’s best friend so a relationship between them was taboo. One between them now is still taboo as far as Noah is concerned. However, Noah is worried about Lauren as he knows that something is going on but she won’t tell him. The sparks of attraction between Gage and Lauren have never dulled, in fact, they are simmering and getting ready to ignite as their passion for one another grows. This is not a straight forward second chance of love between best friend and his sister. It is so much more and that is what makes Weston Parker’s writing stand out and kept me attached to the book from page 1 to the very last page. His writing style is flowing but with tension and suspense that made me so engrossed that I lost sleep till I had finished reading the whole story. It was so well worth losing a few hours sleep and I really encourage you to get your own copy to find out Lauren’s secret and what happens between her and Gage [as well as their little secret too!]. I loved this book and have already bought another of his books already to read next!

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. What is a young woman to do when she has high aspirations for herself but lacks the money? Well Dani wants to become a commercial pilot and has no way of getting that money unless she gets a job with a very generous salary. In fact, she is lucky and gets herself a job as nanny to Holden’s little girl. Holden is a multi billionaire and is newly divorced so whilst he is incredibly attracted to Dani he knows that he can’t do anything about it as his girl loves Dani and he doesn’t want to upset her security with Dani there. But Holden has an identical twin brother, Joey who is younger than Holden and is a playboy to Holden’s hard working business man persona. Joey decides to set Holden and Dani up but sending them both tickets for a short break at the island of Mystique. There everyone must wear a mask and so no one knows who anyone is. This way Holden can get Dani out of his system. But Joey is there too on the island. Holden and Dani know exactly who the other is as they would know each other anywhere as they’ve spent so much time watching each other and , oh boy, do they indulge themselves with each other. But once Joey has seen Dani he wants her for himself and lets her think that he is Holden. At the end both twins are in love with her and Dani cannot choose between them! Holden and Joey come to blows and Dani doesn’t know what to do! Kira Blakely has really given us a delightful suspenseful romance here that is part 4 of a series. It can be read as a standalone or as part of the series but it will make you want to purchase the rest of the series if you haven’t already. This is a fabulous read that is a MUST HAVE. With passion and lust turning to love but what a choice for Dani. How can she choose between the brothers? In fact, does she even want to choose between them? To find out this and more you need to get yourself a copy and indulge in Kira’s fantasies. So very well written as I expect from all her books. She conjures up for us such wonderful stories and fabulous characters that have sizzling chemistry between them, that make you feel invested in their storyline. A great entertaining read.

Saving Mel: A Bad Boy Romance by Rye Hart

    Can They Overcome Their Pasts & Find Happiness Together?

Melanie lives with her ailing dad on top of a mountain in Montana. They are struggling with his medical bills whilst hiding away from a trauma that Mel suffered four years ago when she was kidnapped by a psycho and he tried to rape her. She has graduated with a degree in early child care and is driving back home up the mountain in terrible weather when her car skids off the road and with no phone signal she is stuck. However, she spots a cabin that she knew nothing about and it seems to be inhabited so she struggles in the snow to get there. Evan has lived up there since his ex girlfriend had an affair with his supposed friend and co founder of their tech company. But when he found out of their affair he was kicked out of his own company and with a pittance of what it was truly worth. So he lives up there with his niece and nephew after his brother and sister-in-law died. Hadley and Liam are adorable children and as soon as Mel is invited into their home they start being calm [the day started badly as their nanny couldn’t come back] so Evan is relieved that she is there to help him and he offers her a job looking after them as their nanny. All are happy with the arrangement and the children want a mum again and they think Mel would be perfect. Evan and Mel obviously both have trust issues but are also very attracted to one another. Will they trust one another to reveal their secrets and how will Evan react when he finds out that her life is in danger? A fantastic suspenseful romantic story by Rye Hart that is a unique storyline. With such wonderful characters as Mel and Evan. Both have been through so much trauma that was non of their own doing. The chemistry between them is sky high and such a passion that would be a crime to ignore as the feelings between them grow and it’s rare to get such powerful emotions between two people who both deserve so much happiness. I loved the way they both interacted with Hadley and Liam and when trouble comes calling again, Evan is right there with her to protect and love her with everything he has. So tender, protective, sensual and a romance with such passions that is all woven through the pages so beautifully by Rye. Her gift of the written word is so powerful and strong that she captures your imagination at page one in this real page turner and kept me reading, and losing sleep, till I’d finished the story – but it was well worth the lack of sleep. A passionate and strong must read that I will be re-reading in the future as it’s so good. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Oh I bet feisty young Bunny didn’t think her life would turn out the way it has today. She engages in mouth before brain, yells at her boss and then quits it! She then realises that she really, really needs a job and goes to her friend for advice. Fortunately for her, her friend’s husband knows of the Worth brothers and helps her get an interview. for the position of nanny to their little girl. The five Billionaires – Royce, Sullivan, Spencer, Brock and Trey Worth are all handsome, alpha males with gorgeous smiles and bodies of athletes and when they see something they like, they get it. But they have been hurt in the past and so guard their hearts but maybe Bunny is just what they need and want? because the position isn’t just for a nanny, it’s also to be their lover too! Now Bunny can’t believe her luck and agrees but how is this all going to end?? Jess Bentley certainly knows how to weave a story to capture your imagination at page one and maintain it to the very last page – and you won’t , if you’re like me, have wanted to put the book down till you reached the end as I just “had to know” what happened to Bunny and her five men. Bunny is engaging and fun and her five men are all so different in so many ways like the youngest is so sweet and gentle whilst the eldest’s word is basically the Law. But with their charisma they get who they want – it’s not their money that gets them what they need and Bunny is it! They just have to convince Bunny. This is a book that was such fun that I will want to re-read it. I throughly enjoyed this latest story by Jess and I hope that you do too.

Lover Boy (Blue Collar Bachelors Book 1) by Cassie-Ann L. Miller

   Red Hot Next Door Neighbour!

Leo Montgomery is a newly single dad and ex-military. His best friend offers him a new job and a place to live to have a new start in life with his cute, four year old son.  Next door is the hottest young woman that he’s ever seen and she’s completely off limits to him as she is his best friend’s little sister.  But Reese isn’t that little in fact she has curves in all the right places for him to enjoy given half a chance. Reese is a feisty young woman who can make even her ex high school sweetheart who confessed to being gay, love her.  When she sets her eyes on Leo she has what she calls a major crush. However, she isn’t a young teenager  and it’s a way more intense feeling.  This latest story by Cassie-Ann Miller is a real treat.  It is the first in a new series and this is a fantastic start to any series.  I loved how Cassie-Ann created characters that were so easy to love such as Reese and Leo.  Also the secondary characters are also great and maybe we will see them in future books in the series?  There were also plenty of laugh out loud moments such as granny panties flashing!  I do so love a rom-com and this book is the perfect example of that genre.  This is a fun and fast paced book that I couldn’t put down as it was so good.  It caught my imagination at page one and maintained it till the very end.  Leo and Reese are just so good together and the chemistry between them is off the charts so fans at the ready please readers!  I also loved that the hero wasn’t a billionaire or silly wealthy but was an honest ex military and blue collar worker and not not a ‘not in your wildest dreams’ hero in the story.  I love Cassie-Ann’s style of writing and am so looking forward to the next in the series! If this is an example of what to expect that I predict that I will be purchasing the series as I will be wanting to read the stories again.

   A Sparkling Dirty Christmas!

This is a sexy bundle of five sizzling dirty Christmas stories by Juliana Conners, Eva Luxe and Sierra Sparks that I have all read previously and loved each and every one of them. If you haven’t read any books by them before you need to expect gorgeous alpha males who are determined and always get what and who they want feisty curvy young women who will stand up for themselves and bring their men down on their knees with passion. passion and lust and lots of dirty sex is also going to feature in these stories so you need to be warned to have lots of long cool drinks handy as well as a fan at the ready to bring down the heat as things are about to get HOT with the chemistry with these sizzling hot heroes and heroines that are about to fall in love. The first is Bound By The Billionaire and you meet Paige who is a reporter that goes under cover to a BSDM club and is spotted by Wyatt. In book two, Snow Job, we meet two single parents who have to share a cabin in a snow storm and the heat is sufficient to make the snow melt between those two. In book three, Unwrap Me Boss we meet Grace who is keeping secrets about her home life which her boss, Boyd, wants to know more about her as she is in his thoughts all the time. Book four, Two Billionaires For Christmas, we meet Mandy who has just dumped her ex and is starting a new job with two handsome billionaire alpha bosses Carl and Clayton who both seem to be very keen to get to know her a whole lot more but who will she choose? Or does she not have to choose?? In the last book, Sold On Christmas Eve, we meet Mariah who is encouraged to go on holiday to Aspen by her friend and she ends up on the stage of The Exchange Club up for auction and Paul is the man who buys her! Each story on it’s own is terrific but together this makes it a bundle of books that are a must have. So well written and a nice selection of storylines that will appeal to most people. Mountain Man’s Baby: A Billionaire and Virgin Romance by Juliana Conners,

    A Very Special Baby!

I have read and loved The Bradford Brothers by Juliana Conners and was delighted to see that Darren, who was also injured in the helicopter crash with them has now got his story in print too! Darren is an ex Navy SEAL who was badly injured and scarred in a helicopter crash and invested his compensation very wisely and has now turned himself into a multi billionaire. He has had many surgeries already but still feels as if he is hideous and frighten people so to avoid this he has hidden himself away in a specially built mansion cabin that he got built for him. It’s absolutely massive and only he lives there. His mum and his son [who is a little cutie and Darren knew nothing about till he came back after he was demobbed when the child’s mother handed over him and then disappeared. The baby screamed when Darren looked at him and Darren is sure that he scared his son by his disfigurements] live close by but he rarely sees them as he’s so worried that he will scare his little son. His cook and cleaner, Ev, is off ill and she has to look after herself, her daughter Hope who is 19 and her two younger sons. Hope goes in her mum’s place as they need the money and Darren pays extremely well. Ev warns her not to go into certain parts of the house but Hope panics and ventures into the library where Darren finds her.They are both very attracted to one another but Darren tries to hide his face even though Hope has seen his face and thinks that he is the most handsome man that she has ever seen. Darren has a secret and he makes a proposition that Hope has to ponder as it would lead to major disruption to her studies and what would her mum and everyone else think? I wasn’t too sure what was supposed to be wrong with Darren that his fertility was diminishing rapidly but it fitted well into the story. Hope and Darren were so well suited for one another. She was a submissive and he was a dom in the making. She wanted to learn everything and he was more than happy to teach her. The passion between them was very sensually penned by Juliana and it could make your panties melt and you will certainly need to switch on your fans as the story is HOT, HOT and even HOT! But could something more real and lasting forge between them? To find out you need to get a copy of this book. I really enjoyed this story and
