Second Chance on St. Patrick’s Day: A Billionaire Romance by Mia Ford

   Luck Of The Irish

One hot shot banker goes slumming on New Year’s Eve and goes to an Irish bar and is bedazzled by a feisty and stunning young woman and knows that he just has to have her!  She’s never had a one night stand before as she’s a good little catholic girl. But this man is different and it’s one time only so why not? They both give obvious fake names and have the most spectacular night of passion together.  His real name is Connor and he is a high flying banker and her name is Katie and she is a lawyer.  They do meet two months later when her uncle asks for her advice about a business deal with Connor. he asks her to spend the weekend with him and she agrees.  They don’t really go over the business deal – as surely he wouldn’t rip her uncle off. Now would he?  Mia Ford has really pulled out all the stops with this terrific storyline and two charismatic characters.  Is Connor being genuine?  Do they have more than mere lust between them?  Can she trust him in any way at all?  To find out you need to get a copy of this for yourself as it is a book that you won’t want to put it down until you’ve finished it  Then, like me want to read it again!  Can’t wait for her next story! First Time Lucky:A Saint Patrick’s Day First Time Romance by Chance Carter

High School Sweethearts Together At Last

Dallas is the most popular girl in high school and Shane loved her from afar. He was shy, handsome and a good football player but born on the wrong side of the tracks as they say.  he was going to ask her out to the prom but the school bully, Wes, whose father practically owned the small town they lived in wanted her too so Shane had no chance and he was beaten up, threatened to leave town and not come back.  Dallas was heartbroken. Three years go by and the military made him a man. A brutal killing machine for what was necessary but deep down he is still the Shane that loves Dallas and now he’s back home.   Chance carter really knows how to write exceptional stories for us, his readers.  In this book we meet Shane and Dallas who both like and love each other, since before high school, but keep being kept apart through no choice of their own.  There is so much chemistry between them and they both’come alive’ when the other is with them. Shane has come back a man, a man on a mission to make sure Dallas is safe and , if he’s lucky, maybe try for a chance of happiness with her. It was so easy to love Shane with his gorgeous green eyes and Dallas is such a beautiful person both inside and out. As for Wes and his slimy father, well they get their just desserts!  Wonderfully written and it’s a book that once you start, you’ll be captivated like I was and not want to put it down until you reach the HEA.  This will be re-read in the future as it makes me smile and laugh. I’m now looking forward to Chance’s next romantic adventure.I received a free reader’s copy and voluntarily leave my honest opinion.
